Recommended! Of three masks I tried, this one was the best
I tried three sleep masks, two of which, Sweet Dreams and Lewis N Clark, were highly rated and popular. The third mask, Macks Dreamweaver Contoured Sleep Mask, I had a hard time finding on Amazon, but am glad I did. It was the one I ultimately kept and recommend. Below are my reviews of the three sleep masks and why I chose the Macks Dreamweaver.Dream Essentials Sweet Dreams Contoured Sleep Mask Pros: * Does a good job of blocking light * The contoured design doesn't put any pressure on the eyes, if the mask stays in place * Comfortable material Cons: * The elastic strap kept riding down and onto my ears. It felt like it was cutting into my ears. * The nose opening is too low, causing the mask, and thus the eye sockets, to ride up, defeating the purpose of the contoured eye socket. * Not good for side sleepers as the mask does dislodge * Cheap feeling pouchI wanted to like this mask based on all the positive reviews, but ultimately the bad position of the elastic strap, and the fact that it kept riding up on my face, were what made me give up on it. I didn't have it long enough to verify the delamination that others had experienced.Lewis N. Clark Comfort Eye Mask Pros: * Does a decent job of blocking light when it stays in place * While not great for side sleepers, it was better than the other two Cons: * Like wearing a tight fleece jacket around the eyes. * As the night progressed, the elastic strap slipped down and felt like it was cutting into my ears * Nose opening is way too low, causing the mask to ride up and thus allowing light in from the bottomI would have settled for this one had I not found the Macks Dreamweaver, but like the Sweet Dreams mask, the elastic strap cutting into my ears was the determining factor. I liked this one slightly better than the Sweet Dreams because it did seem to stay in place a bit better.Macks Dreamweaver Contoured Sleep Mask (Pack of 2) Pros: * Blocks light the best of the three masks * Nose opening is at the right height * Contoured eye sockets are large enough to accommodate some movement * Comfortable material * Has two, slim, adjustable elastic straps instead of one large one * Does not cut into the tops of the ears * For about the same price as one of the other masks, you get two of these Cons: * If you are a side sleeper or move around, like the other masks, it will move, but it was still comfortable, even after moving. * The material is basically identical to the Sweet Dreams mask, which makes me wonder if it will delaminate like people have found with the Sweet Dreams, but I haven't used it for more than a few weeks now. So far, no delamination. But if there is, a second one came with it.While the Dreamweaver isn't perfect, given the fact that it won't stay in place with movement (Do any masks stay in place all night?!), it was the best of the three. The comfortable positioning of the eye sockets, nose opening and two straps make this the winner.

LOVE
I can’t tell you how much I love this sleeping mask. I have bought them for everyone in my family. It is soooo comfortable and soft. You can open your eyes while wearing it and your eyelashes don’t touch. It completely blocks all light and doesn’t have any gaps where light gets in. If you need a mask this is the one to get! LOVE IT!

Decent sleeping mask.
Mack's Dreamweaver sleeping masks used to be made of better, softer, more comfortable materials. I had a couple of Mack's Dreamweaver masks that I used (every night) for 5 years and they saved my sleep. They were soft and they fit perfectly but, like normal, they eventually wore out. These new masks are different. On the positive side, they do darken the room and they allow you eyes to get air. The cons are: the masks are not very soft, not flexible and not as wide as the former Mack's Dreamweaver masks. Major disappointment. I actually feel them on my face now, whereas before they were so comfortable that they went unnoticed. They have declined in quantity and it reduced the level of comfort for the user.I really wanted to love these masks but I only barely like them. 2.5 of 5 stars.

These are handy, well made and a great deal if you don't have crazy, curly hair that gets stuck in the velcro like mine...
These sleep masks are quite a set. I got 2 masks, each came in a drawstring back with earplugs, how cool is that? I used one and kept the other in my luggage for travel because everything was together all in one place. And as it turns out, these masks are best for short term use form me. Why? Because I have long, crazy, curly hair that gets caught in the velcro closure on the back of the mask, and then it pulls and rips my hair when I go to pull it off in the morning. I realize this may only be a problem for a select percentage of users but it is a contention point for me as I sleep best when using a mask nightly.Pros: Molded eye cups - The material of the mask doesn't press against your eyes, so there isn't any pressure to give or exacerbate headaches or sinus pain. And you can open you eyes if needed, I do this when I am having problems falling or staying asleep. Oh, and since the material doesn't press against your eyes, your eye lashes are crazy smooshed in the morning and mascara is easier to apply. Dark - The mask is padded and made with dark material so light doesn't come through. It is also cut and fashioned in a way that molds to the side of your face around the eyes and temples so light doesn't get in that way either, which can be a problem with some sleep masks. Smooth & Comfortable - It is made well, and other than the velcro issue I mentioned above, the seems and material are well manufactured so this doesn't cause any irritation on my face or skin when wearing so it doesn't bother me at all when I sleep, and that is saying a ton for me.So if you have shorter hair, or you know, normal hair that doesn't get caught in velcro and need a sleeping mask, these are handy, well made and a great deal.

Most comfortable I’ve found
I’ve tried a number of sleep masks looking for one that is comfortable and fits well. This is by far the best. It has deep cups over the eyes so that your eyes could open and close beneath if you want. The double straps behind the head allow for lots of adjustment and the straps are long enough for a larger head (I did not use the entire length by far). No Velcro which is nice because with other ones the Velcro eventually wore out and didn’t stick well. The gap for the nose is comfortable and almost completely blocks the light (not quite but I have a tiny nose). If I were to make one change I would make them available in women’s size as well, not quite as deep so they don’t sit as far down the cheeks.

Best eye mask I've ever had
Comfortable, blocks out all light, allows your eyes to breathe so you don't wake up all clammy. This is the second pair I've bought.
