Q: Can I skip the in shower conditioner after shampooing and use this product as my only conditioner??

I think you could. It all depends on how dry your hair is to begin with. My hair is oily so I only use conditioner on my ends. The Kristin Ess ended up being too heavy for my crazy fine fragile hair.
