First I have to say that I payed full price for these lights. I love the instant on, the noiseless operation and bright light that I need in my garage/shop. I gave it 4 stars for the lack of instructions in the package. Is nice that they put a picture on Amazon that after careful examination I was able to figure out what to do to my old light systems so it can accommodate these lights. After searching on the Internet for a while I found the instructions on how to convert the shunted tombstone to non-shunted and how to re-wire them so the light can be energize correctly. After an hour of retrofitting the system I was able to install these lights without any issues.As other reviewers had mentioned, find out all you can about the system you have and what you need to do to it before installing these lights.

Nice lights to replace those pain in the neck florescent bulbs. Easy install. Only one set of Tombstones, the set near the power cord, needs power. The other set of Tombstones are only for holding the opposite end of the bulb. Snip the ballast out of the light, noting where the black wire is attached to the power cord. Attach the left wire of each "Tombstone" to the 'white' wire of the power cord (three wires in one wire nut), attach the right wire of each "Tombstone" to the 'black' wire of the power cord (three wires in one wire nut). You will know which wire is 'black' on the power cord because you noted where the ballast black was attached to the power cord before you sniped the ballast and all its wires out. Install bulbs with the power end of the bulbs (you will notice a difference) into the Tombstones that have power. Tada! Easy peezie.

The product was easy to install but I had to get instructions on how to disconnect the ballast from YouTube. I liked how bright these were but wished the color temperature were a little warmer since these appeared more "blue" than standard T12 Fluorescent tubes. The construction was excellent and the packaging was good for protecting the tubes. I would have given this product 5 stars if it came with a frosted cover but it comes with a clear cover so the individual LEDs show through and are a bit "harsh" on the eyes.

Require the future, put the led light bulb on and turn it on. Easy?There were 2 led light bulbs Set outside of it slot! Fix one but another couldn’t!

I really Like these, I thought that the 6000 color temperature might be a little bright but to my suprise they really light things up nicely and not harsh. These seem to be a full spectrum lamp, high lumens. The price was good. I really like the direct wire type lamps like these.

Nice and bright. Modifying existing fixtures to instal these is a pain. But they work as advertised.

These really changed my kitchen lighting in a great way. They are very bright. You do, however need some electrical wiring knowledge for installlation. If you don’t have electrical knowledge, hire an electrician.

Replaced my old luminescent 12t lamps with this set. Veeery bright. There is a small delay between you torn on a switch and lams turn on about 1 second. Very happy with this purchase
