Definitely good for 6 hours if standing / sitting. Due to lack of elastic waistbands, I found definitely unsuitable for overnight use but they make an overnight version for that reason. There is a line that runs down the middle so you can line up the diaper and make sure it’s applied straight, paired with refastenable tabs makes it super easy to use. The wicking ability on these are great and will ensure the entire product is used before a leak occurs. Because of this, they don’t swell excessively either. The tabs are great and grip well, and are readjustable, however by the time you want to readjust it’s probably time to change the product entirely. I found, for my needs, they hold two ‘voids’ just fine.The backing on these are kind of special. There’s no landing zone for the tabs, the entire pad is best described as a really comfortable yet durable ‘tissue’ material. Not quite cloth but not quite plastic. They aren’t noisy. The only leaks these had were out of the top while sleeping; the leg gathers seem short but definitely do their job. The padding inside over time seems to get brittle after 7-8 hours, but degrades at the same rate the product seems to become ‘spent’, at which point these do get kind of clammy and uncomfortable.With price and purpose in mind, these are a great solution for medium-duration active protection. They are slim and discreet, and despite no waistbands they control odors really well. These are also really comfortable, the kind of product you forget you’re wearing even in hot weather. They don’t get clammy until full and before then feel very breathable. If you can occasionally make it to the restroom the tapes are good enough to undo and redo a few times, however I didn’t find these durable after 8 hours and often times capacity will make them last less than this.I would highly recommend as a solution to have on hand ‘in between changes’(IE If there’s still 3-4 hours before bed and it’s not time for nighttime protection yet), or if you want something that is light, comfortable, and reliable, and you are able to change more frequently. Especially because their sizing runs in so many ranges, and because they are so cheap. Considering price these are an excellent product.

You cannot go wrong buying these. They are best suited for day time use. In fact they may be the best for this type use.

They’re okay. Comfortable. Absorbency is more middle of the road, lasts the night for about two accidents. I’ve had it leak however when shifting so it could be better but they’re cheaper than something like Abena.

These adult diapers are wonderful. I care for a person who uses them and they are very absorbent. Did not leak during overnight use. Why did you pick this product vs others?:We are trying different diapers to see what works for this patient. It’s a good fit.

I usually don’t leave bad reviews but this is one I need to share. I purchased these for my special needs non verbal son, and I am so disappointed. I ordered S/M because his waist is between 28 and 30. These are way too big to even get a decent fit on him and the leakage is outrageous! He leaked with every urination, with that being said I went through a whole pack in two days! Save your money now!
