Q: Does it come with a blade

Yes, the saw comes with a blade, but as coping saw blades break fairly easily, I suggest you get a pack of spares anyway.

Q: Need help changing blade, cannot seem to get side reverse of handle to tighten. i can't get new blade to stay. help

The reverse side doesn't tighten. That end holds the blade, and the handle side tightens it. If you can't get a tight blade check the blade length to be sure it's the same
