Comfortable
Great product that works as intended! This sock does an amazing job of keeping my foot in the right position at bedtime and is much more comfortable than the bulky brace I used to wear. Since it only covers from the ankle down, it feels natural and less restrictive. The quality is excellent, but I did find the toe area a little tight, which can press on my toe and cause slight discomfort after long use. Overall, it’s a great alternative to traditional braces and much easier to wear! Would definitely buy again.

Disagreed with my big toe
This plantar fasciitis night splint seemed like it would be comfortable. I purchased the medium based on the size reference. When I fastened the splint, it seemed a little tight in the toebox. Initially that didn’t bother me, but after a week or two of wearing it I found myself taking it off in the middle of the night because it hurt my big toe. So it’s going back, unfortunately. If they could make an open-toed version of this I think it could be a good product.

⭐ Review: Great Beginner Splint for Plantar Fasciitis Recovery
This is a great starter splint — especially if you're just beginning to treat plantar fasciitis and want to avoid jumping into something too aggressive right away. One of the most important things is that this splint does not hold the foot at a full 90° angle, and that’s actually a good thing for beginners. It’s crucial not to overstretch the fascia too quickly, and this design helps your foot gradually adjust.I started with this one and slowly worked my way up to the strongest pull strength and overnight wear. I’ll eventually move on to a true 90° splint, but that would’ve been too much too soon for me.In fact, I did try a rigid 90° splint right at the beginning — and I woke up, ripped it off, and returned it the next day. I simply wasn't ready for it. That’s why this one worked so well: it lifts the toes and holds the foot in a more neutral position, without being overly rigid. It's a gentler, more realistic way to build tolerance over time. That said, I did notice the toe-based pull started encouraging a bit of ingrown toenail development — so I modified mine by adding Velcro to the ball of my foot instead. This way, the strap pulls from a more supportive area, increasing the angle slightly without buying a whole new splint. My motto right now is: low and slow gives my feet the best chance at recovery. This brace supports that approach beautifully. While it does need a bit of tweaking for personal comfort, I would absolutely recommend it — as long as you understand that it's meant for gentle, passive stretching, not an intense 90° correction right out of the gate.

Worthless
Pros: Great idea, but poorly designed and implementedAppears to be well constructed in terms of stitching and materialCons: Bad implementationBad sizingWon’t stay on your footObviously not testedI did reach out to the seller/manufacturer first. Their response was basically “meh”.First of all it doesn’t fit. The sock part that your foot goes into is fine but the ankle strap is way too long. For a “medium” the minimum ankle circumference the strap will fit is 10 inches and my ankle at that point is 9 inches. So when I put it on I cannot get the ankle strap snug enough to hold the sock properly on my foot. The sizing chart indicates the largest ankle size that the strap will fit, but not the smallest. Second issue is the tension strap; the strap that pulls on your toe; which again is way too long relative to the sock. Even using the strap in the “extra tension” mode the strap still attached at the end of the Velcro. Then there is the sock itself. The inside is the same ultra-smooth nylon as the outside. There is nothing to keep the sock from sliding off your foot. Pulling in the tension strap pulls on the toe of the sock which pulls the entire sock off your foot; IF you pull on the strap to the point it is applying tension; but at that point there is no way to attach the strap. I’m quite sure this would not stay on a person’s foot through a night of sleep and one wouldn’t get a good nights sleep because they would be waking up throughout the night to put it back on.Maybe a size “Small” would work better for me, I don’t know, but as I said the manufacture was really not helpful.I was really hopeful about this product, but it is horribly designed and the manufacturer is no help about what to do. Maybe the factory simply didn’t grasp what the designer was trying to accomplish. Either way I’ll look elsewhere.
