I went to a workshop that was held by a natural-path physician who said he was consulted by Douglas Labs for this formula. What he taught and said was backed up with research so I tried some. There was a short time the product was unavailable and it was then I knew I want to keep it in my daily supplements because without it I have to work harder to keep positive (have taken B Complex for years also). I also like (and experienced) that it assists (reportedly both men and women) with sexual functioning related to saffron in the formula (often hard to get and expensive).

Don’t listen to the last reviewer. Of course, if you have had bad reactions to supplements in the past, you probably shouldn’t take them. This supplement has helped me immensely. I take two capsules before I go to bed to get some of the best, most deep and restful sleep I have ever had in my life. It works like a dream, and I wake up feeling like a new person.

So, reading the few reviews of this product and others I found online, I was hoping this product could help me calm down a bit from stresses at work.Unfortunately, my results are the farthest from the desired. There are some people who cannot handle the supplement curcumin which this product has in the form of a patented extract called LongVida.In my case I was aware of the potential side effects of curcumin, but, I was not prepared for the worst case of diarrhea I've ever had in my life, ever, ever...I threw the bottle in the garbage and grabbed a bottle of immodium so I wouldn't completely dehydrate myself.If you have a known sensitivity to curcumin, quite common from my research... Don't Do It...You Will Pay. 😐2 days I used this product as directed, that's about how long it took my system to go back to normal. Don't Do It.
