I'm finally able to roll my doughs/fondant/spread chocolate to the correct uniform thickness! My last tart looked professionally done. They're easy to use for any size of project as long as your rolling pin is long enough.They're good quality, easy to clean because I can throw them in the dishwasher when I'm done, and they're not bulky so they're easy to tuck into a corner of my kitchen until I need them. I like that they come in three common thicknesses. Yes, they're in mm, instead of inches, but they're close enough. Would definitely buy again.

I got these to make French butter cookies; grand galettes. I wanted them to be consistent.They work beautifully between parchment. I combined two of them to get the exact height I needed.They are very well-made and durable. Easy to use an easy to clean.I would definitely recommend.

Bought these to use with American recipes but measurements are in European mm. One stick was easy to convert to inches but not the other two. Seemed a little expensive but nicely made. Sent them back.

Great for getting a consistent pastry thickness

Exactly what I expected. Nice polished finish on plastic sticks. Bit of a jump to 10mm a middle ground thickness might have been nice.
