Great vibration but required some electrical compensation
Vibration was great. Much better than just gluing a nut to the motor shaft like I have done in the past. But, wow, did this thing suck power and it also created a lot of noise across the whole board. I found a few places that talked about adding a capacitor across the two leads on the motor and also adding a capacitor from each lead to the motor casing. Doing this helped reduce the noise. I had to switch from a 7805 to a 317 in order to handle the power drain.

Worked ok but not designed to last.
I hooked this motor up to a timer and ran it for 30 minutes twice a day and 7 minutes 6 times a day. At the end of a week the rear "bearing" had melted and the metal case had seperated from the plastic. It literally vibrated itself apart. I think it would have lasted and worked great if the rear bearing had been made of metal rather than plastic. If you just need it to work for a few seconds in a toy every now and again it might be fine for several years, but it isn't designed to last.

Great price, motor exceeds expectations
Great price, motor exceeds expectations. Since motor is 5 volts, same as most cell phones, I wired vibration motor to my phone with a couple of feet of wire, and can keep phone in pack while hunting, and still silently be notified of calls, texts, and alarms. With vibration motor tucked neatly into a pocket, I can feel the vibration notifications, where I could not from cell phone's smaller vibrations. This allows me to stay on top of any calls, texts, alarms, but especially any emergency calls from my hunting partner, my wife, should she need any immediate help. All without disturbing the wildlife with any noisy cell phone ringers. Thank you.

Motor's leads are too thin and fragile
Works, but leads are too thin and I was worried about accidently ripping them off from the motor while I was soldering it.

Perfect motor, runs a tad hot, needs external power supply.
You're going to definitely need an external power source to use this, but works flawlessly. Runs a tad hot, so if you plan on using it for a long time, might want to look for a bigger motor that you can under power a little bit.
