Excellent!
I bought this mic mainly for vocals with the goal of doing some home studio recording as a hobby. I couldn't decide between this mic or the AT4040 so I bought both. The 4040 was too raw and twangy to me whereas the stellar sounded quite a bit more smooth and refined. It definitely made my voice sound better than it truly is...ha! Singing through the other mic made me cringe as I am not much of a singer so it was shipped back to seller. The Stellar also picked up my guitar crystal clear and sounded great. For what it's worth, I have the mic running through a Scarlett Focusrite audio interface and some old 4" Presonus speakers. The mic feels sturdy and is of high quality. Nothing feels cheap about it. It comes in a very nice carry box along with a leather zip up carrying case that I likely will not use. My 7 year old daughter who obviously has a high pitch and myself who has a low but not super low pitch voice sang on this mic doing karaoke tonight and it performed well. I think it would work as an excellent mic for both low and high pitched vocals. I do not have any cons to speak of as of yet. Seems to give the performance of a high end mic at a fraction of the cost. I am very pleased with it.

Great-Sounding Mic on Voice and Acoustic Guitar
The media could not be loaded. So far, I've had the chance to use this mic on voice (speech) and acoustic guitar (Martin HD-28). It sounds great on both. This is my 4th large diaphragm condenser studio mic, and it might be my favorite. It sounds a lot like the Neumann TLM 103, but with less bass presence, and maybe a little more upper mid presence (at least compared to the 103 that I own). I found that my voice seems a bit clearer and more intelligible, and my HD-28 has less boom to it. It has a switchable high-pass filter, which is a nice option. However, my one gripe may be that the low end isn't that prominent - don't get me wrong, the low end is there, but not all that noticeably. If it had a little more bass presence, the high-pass filter would possibly give the user more tonal variety. It was around $350 at the time of purchase, which is an incredible price when considering that new higher-end studio mics can easily cost 3 times as much.I look forward to using this mic on a lot more of my own music projects, and maybe a few more videos. Full disclosure - I ordered this mic as part of an artist partnership program.

TZAudios and good audio quality is the perfect love story
The media could not be loaded. I love this microphone. TZAudios asked me if I wanted to check out the Stellar X3 after using the Stellar X2 for a while and I was super quick to say yes. Everything with this is improved, I absolutely love the -10db and high flat switches, which makes editing the audio a thing of the past. The sound quality here is absolutely next level and it’s super easy to use, comes with an awesome padded case and and is just the best. Can’t wait to make tons of content with it! Also the new shock mount looks awesome and works wayyyy better

Highly recommend.
The media could not be loaded. As a professional voice actor who has used many industry-standard microphones over the 20 years of VO work, and having reviewed the TZ X2 in the past, I was pleasantly surprised with the overall quality of this new X3 microphone. It has a slightly higher noise floor than the X2 but that is due to be far more sensitive as a microphone. Other than that, no real issues.Audio Quality: 10/10Price for Value: 9.5/10Build Quality: 10/10Packing: 9/10Accessories: 8.5/10Overall: 9.5

Great Upgrade to my Hyper X Solocast as a Gaming Youtuber
The media could not be loaded. Great upgrade from my HyperX Solo Cast,The mic itself feels solid and looks great. The setup was pretty simple, though you do need to grab a phantom power supply and an XLR cable separately to get it running.Sound quality seems really good big upgrade to my current solocast mic, and seems comparable to some high end mics as well at a reasonable price. Will be using this for my game recording in the future.

Great Quality, Bonus Points For Carrying Case & Nice Shock Mount
The media could not be loaded. The sound from the microphone is well-balanced and full. My audience on YouTube noticed the difference when I began using it over my old mic. It’s one major weakness is it causes the audio to clip from little puffs of air caused by plosives in normal speaking (p and f sounds mainly) when the mic has no pop filter. However, the included foam filter completely fixes this issue (and pop filters sound even better imo)The included carrying case is plasticky but a nice touch. But the shock mount is surprisingly premium, holding the mic sturdily in place at the bottom and creating a very secure connection for the XLR cord.TLDR: its a great quality mic with one main weakness with some really nice included accessories (one of which fixes its main weakness).

Great microphone with built-in Preamp
The media could not be loaded. The Stellar X3 is built around a sleek black aluminum and is hand-made and hand-tuned. The 34 mm K67 capsule, gold-sputtered and made from pure brass and Japanese Mylar, helps with gains and voice sensitivity giving it a improved signal-to-noise ratio. As many other reviews has stated, it is comparable to higher-end microphone for a fraction of the cost. It’s warm yet articulate, which is great for a streamer like me. The top end is pristine without harshness, making it a joy to work with.Considering its performance, versatility, and build quality, it’s a steal. I uploaded my unboxing video to show you what is included!

Great sounding mic!
I didn't have a ton of time to test the mic but with what time I did get to use it, I found it great sounding. In fact, it was because of this mic that I realized that the high-pass filter was just the thing I needed on my existing mic to clean up the sound. (Unintended result.)The noise floor on this mic is pretty low-even with phantom power. I paired it up with my Rodecaster Pro II and was able to dial in the pre-amp gain and processing very quickly. Although it picks up more ambient noise than a dynamic mic, it should sound great in any sound-treated room.
