I was tired of using a Texas crutch and wanted to properly wrap my brisket like some of the Pros do. This is great paper, good quality and alot of it. I use this nearly everytime I'm using the smoker. Definately a good value for the price.

If you smoke meat or need a durable paper to temporarily protect your floors, this is the product you want. Excellent quality. Excellent price. I bought it without the box and crappy cutter as I'm now old enough to use safety scissors unsupervised. :)

I purchased the butcher BBQ Paper to wrap a brisket I was smoking for a 4th of July Party. I recommend this paper for all smoking needs .It is sturdy and cooks well without leaking . Highly recommend it.

Highly recommend this butcher paper. It’s priced reasonably and I like it because it’s wide and I don’t have to use two pieces to cover my pork roasts. Holds in the moisture and makes your roast just fall off the bone.

if you wrap in foil your meat tends to keep cooking in the foil you can end up with a over cooked messby wrapping in butcher paper, you do not over cook your brisket while it is resting. this is good quality non waxed butcher paper, and a big roll as well so you may never run out depending on how much you Bar-B cue

I use this paper to smoke salmon. The paper doesn't have a coated surface such as wax that can melt and hurt the meat. The paper allows the smoke through to get to the meat.

Went for the cheapest unwaxxed butcher paper I could find. This stuff was it. It also worked very well for for the pork shoulder I smoked. Previous I used parchment paper and aluminum foil. This produced a better a quicker better finish. I will buy it again when needed. This would not be good as freezer paper only for smoking meat.

After watching several videos on smoking meat & chatting with a buddy on freezing meat, I bought a roll. Saves on freezer burn & great during final stages of smoking or resting brisket

Be cautious buying butchers paper, there's a lot on Amazon that's not the proper butchers paper it's just ordinary brown wrapping paper.
