After reading an article about magnesium and how the lack of it affects the body, I bought this product. I had been having chest crams occasionally and not sleeping well with frequent leg and foot cramps. I have been taking magnesium now for a few months and find I have not had a chest cramp or leg and feet cramps and i am now sleeping 5-7 hours at night instead of hour and half to two hours at a time. I also find I am feeling less stressed and don't get so easily irritated. I attribute this to getting better sleep.... only change had been to start taking the magnesium. Makes me believe the magnesium supplement made the difference.

I have been using this product for years and like it. Made in the USA and non GMO. The price is good too.

I don't know why but maybe due to inactive ingredient. It makes me very dry and choke my throat a little.

I didn't see any difference in my digestive health after taking these.

Non GMO and Gluten Free! Just what I was looking for. Thanks for a great, easy to take capsule. I suffer with a lot of digestive issues and am currently taking numerous medications - which requires that I take Magnesium because it is being depleted due to combination use of these meds. I'm so glad I was able to find this natural formula Magnesium. Thank you.

Reading a lot about magnesium lately. I just started taking this and I did notice I can sleep better. I only take one in the a.m. but, perhaps should take more at night. Love the Non-Gmo.

Very pleased with Dr. Dzugan's Advanced Magnesium Citrate. It is gluten and soy free and the capsules are considerably smaller and easier to swallow than in previous brand I was talking.

Because the price of this magnesium was significantly lower than my previous brand I am very happy with my purchase:)
