I purchased this mirror to finish off my daughter's "dream vanity" built from IKEA drawers and table top. We put the whole thing together last night and added the mirror as the pièce de résistance.This mirror was well-packaged and arrived quickly and undamaged. The mirror itself is uniform and without blemish. The metal frame is well-painted and the light sockets are perfectly spaced and oriented. The wooden base is solid and stable permitting the mirror to stand freely on the vanity top without stability concerns. The switch and the outlet are solid and tight (nothing worse than an outlet with loose sockets). The brightness range on the dimmer is broad - if anything, it's too bright on the high end though my daughter insisted that it was perfect this morning for applying her highlights.While we opted for the table top, the back does have cut-out slots to permit hanging from a wall (screws and drywall anchors included). I plan to use these to tether it to the wall so that it can't come crashing forward in an earthquake or Korean missile attack.The piece arrived with all the necessary hardware as well as two spare bulbs (a very nice touch, giving more than is expected).Assembly was pretty simple. It did take me a moment to realize how to affix the rear braces to the base (the two heavy bolts thread into the internally threaded inserts on the short leg of the braces) but other than that, assembly was quick and easy.The result? A visually pleasing backdrop that looks as if it were designed specifically for the IKEA base upon which it's placed (ours turned out to be the same as the picture from the post prior to this one)... and one absolutely delighted young lady.If you're a dad looking to score some points with your teenage daughter, this will not disappoint either of you.Not cheap, for sure, but well worth it on initial review. We researched our options both online and brick-and-mortar and this was clearly the best solution when balancing product and price.

This is a gorgeous mirror and the price makes it perfect. Shopped around and found many over-priced mirrors that were basically the same. The size is great, it is very sturdy and the lights are very bright. One other reason I love it is that the LED bulbs are replaceable because everything stops working or eventually breaks and the ability to replace parts is a must. The packaging was done well to protect from the shipping process and setup was less than ten minutes.

This was perfect for my daughters vanity who is 8.I thought long and hard on deciding on which one to get!!My reason for grabbing this one was the screw bulbs so if one went out it was easy to replace instead of the wired ones.It comes with 1 outlet plug in on the left sideOn the right is a turn know to adjust the brightness and it delivers, trust meAnd the baseWe have hers setting on the Alex table top and drawers from ikea, she has room on each side of the mirror to set things ( mine does not, what I have is below)Purchased this for her for Xmas, she had no clue.Now i do have one as well in my room but mine came from vanity impressions loaded with bluetoothspeakers, 2 outlets 2 usb plugins, and dimmer,We have the same size ikea table top and Alex drawers from ikea but my mirror is alot wider and taller ....Pay close attention to the sizes when purchasing ...Best to get ur drawers and stuff first so u know size of ur foundation , then decide on the mirror..Happy hunting but this was the perfect size great qaulity

SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!! and buy this. I know it is a little pricey but SO worth it. This is a professional lighted mirror. I did my homework and to get anything else this big will make you sweat. Others get so hot, you have to open up a window. No one wants to be hot and sweaty putting on makeup. Spend the extra money and get this one! There is something about it that makes it so crisp and clear almost like it is a little magnified but it isn't. I have been putting on my makeup with 2 mirrors one regular bathroom, and one 10X to see. I do not have to do that with this one. I think it has to do with the lighting and the quality of the mirror itself. It is a natural BRIGHT light. And I mean bright light. Turned up high is awesome. It does not hurt your eyes either and I have super sensitive eyes that water even when I just go outside. There is nothing disappointing about this. The directions were a little confusing but you could put this together without directions. Get this, my husband even said it is really really cool.

I spent a couple of months looking to see what was the best mirror that had replacement bulbs that was bright enough that I could do my make up in my videos and I will say that this is a nice mirror and I’m glad I got it. It does make make up easier because of the brightness and I like that it has a dimmer and it has a plug that I can plug my phone in while I’m doing my make up. I got the bigger one I use the stand and set it on my desk. So far I love it and I’m glad I bought it now my back doesn’t hurt standing in the mirror doing my make up. Would buy again
