This lamp has a high-end look without the high-end price! It was easy to assemble;no tools needed. The cord is "hidden" inside one of the legs. The metal is lightweight but it feels sturdy. Perfect for a corner or non-traffic area. I love that I can use a higher wattage bulb that other lamps want allow. Be sure to read the description from the manufacturer, not just look at the pictures. The shade is is a light beige linen. It is 58 inches tall but it looks taller in the picture (that chair must have a low back!) so be sure to measure. I knew all this before I ordered and was fine with it. HOWEVER, the other dimensions were not in agreement with the description. I have a small space and I was a little concerned about the 14 inches listed as width and length. When I got the lamp assembled, the base is 10 inches square and the shade is 12 inches in diameter, not 14 inches. I was happy about the small dimensions because it fits perfectly where I wanted it. Just be aware if the smaller footprint is problematic for you. ( I gave this lamp 5 stars even with the measurement discrepancy because other reviewers marked it down because they didn't read the description and then griped about it being shorter than they wanted or complained about the shade. )

Sleek design and easy assembly! It took me about 15 minutes to assemble and no tools are required which i love. Worth the price and looks great in a bedroom, would even look good in a living room. It is a bit smaller than i expected but I like it anyway and the one of the lamps feet looks a little bent but it still looks good in my opinion. The shelves are pretty small and hold small things for example the top shelf will probably hold a 5x7 picture frame or very small plant and the bottom one holds like a stack of blue rays, small books, or like a small decor piece. Looks great and functions as I wanted it to.

I was skeptical about buying this after reading multiple negative reviews, but I decided to buy it anyways; if it was really that bad, I could just return it.The lamp shipped super fast, and it was at my doorstep less than 48 hours after ordering it (thanks Prime!!). The box was a little tattered, but no damage to the actual product.The assembly is very easy, BUT (this is a big but) with this item, it’s kind of like a “you get out what you put in” situation”The first time I put it together, I could understand why there are the negative reviews about it. The legs of the lamp didn’t look even, and the overall structure was really wobbly. I noticed that if you just screw the rods together with your hands that the shelving prevents complete threading, leaving room for the rods to rotate, become uneven, etc. Additionally, the shade was super dented.I found that these problems are fixable with a few tricks. I turned the lamp upside down and used a rubber mallet to GENTLY tap the shelves so that they didn’t interfere with the threads. Then, I rethreaded the rods, making sure that they completely lined up and were all the way tightened. This fixed the wobbliness and unevenness of the rods perfectly.For the lamp shade, I used a blow dryer (a steamer will work too) on the low-hot setting and blew air on outside of the shade for about 30 seconds. Then, I used my hands to push the dents out from the inside. Worked like a charm.Overall, I love this lamp. It is a little bit lightweight, so you do need to be careful not to knock it down, but I expected that for the price as most floor lamps that are heavyweight and super nice are $200+. With a little bit of elbow grease, this can be an awesome addition to your home! I hope this helps anyone who is having problems with the lamp or is on the fence about buying it.

I purchased this at a discounted rate (new in box, packaging may be ripped etc) and I have to say it barely looked like anything was wrong with the package! Just some extra tape. Definitely worth saving $50 (list price was $102 and I got it for about $55 after taxes). The lamp itself is exactly what I wanted! Sturdy and cute with the shelves (I like others assembled the shelves “upside down” because I preferred the shelf like style rather than a bucket like style). Super easy to assemble (basically just screwing in legs) and had it done and ready to go in about 20 minutes. Doesn’t come with a bulb but that’s easy enough to get. I added a 75W we had, but will be getting a 3 way once this one burns out. Overall I’m very happy with my purchase and think this is a great lamp for the price, especially if you can get it discounted or on sale. Not sure I’d pay $100 for it, but was very happy with it for $55.

This lamp is fine and I like that there are shelves for storage but it’s not worth the price. It’s not that sturdy and just feels a little cheap. Wobbles a bit and is very light weight. Easy to assemble and does the job, but maybe check for a less expensive alternative.

It is kind of wobbly, but really aesthetically pleasing and wonderful for my room.Not sure how to adjust the legs to make it less shaky.Beautiful lamp either way!

This is a defective product. When you try to assemble it (which requires screwing the small metal legs together) the cheap glue that was used does not hold the screws in, so the screw becomes detached and screws in to the other end of the other part. What happened was I started screwing the two pieces together but did not get the angle just right, so I started unscrewing it, and the screw became detached and is now stuck to the other part at an angle, and cannot be removed. Which means these two sections can never be attached now, hence this whole thing is unusable. I read the reviews before I bought this and was impressed, but the positive reviews omit the fact that very cheap material is used, which will make assembly impossible. I was trying to save money when I bought this and I regret it. Do yourself a favor and spend a couple more bucks on a reputable brand.

La lámpara muy bonita , los estantes que tiene muy útiles para la lectura nocturna de mis hijas, muy fácil de montar, le pongo 4 estrellas por que la pantalla de la lámpara que ponía blanca, realmente es color hueso y me gustaba más en blanco, pero no queda mal con la habitación . Ha sido una buena compra que recomiendo.

The English instruction were inside the lampshade so we did not find them until we finally had the lamp together .. took a while longer than it would have ! However, I truly like how the lamp fits into our living room.

Nice lamp - a bit over priced considering the paint had some smudges on it. Not sure if this was from where it was welded together and then patched. I did think that was a bit of a bummer considering the price.Overall though, good lamp and love the shelving feature.
