My great niece is obsessed with rubber ducks, I thought this would be a cute upgrade for variety. This guy is rock hard- I’m betting indestructible. Design and paint realistic. Maybe not for a toddler in retrospect.

The media could not be loaded.  Such real-life looking ducks, they were irresistible to purchase. I bought both the yellow and white duck figurines made of high quality and safe-material . . . and for reasons even beyond that they are so very cute. When we learn all the many characteristics of ducks, we see that there are meaningful parallels to apply to our lives. Whether ducks quack or waddle, they can sure make people smile. They “shake a tail feather” and have a good time, showing us how laughter is healing. Ducks illustrate naturally the essence of nurturing and bonding, which makes for a better world. Easy going, ducks guide us to be emotionally stable, learning to let negative things roll off, “like water off a duck.” Planning ahead and flying in formation, ducks inspire us to “get our ducks in a row” with organization to pursue better opportunities by taking off to find them.Far over motivational quotes in my studio, being proximal to these beautiful little ducks keeps me mindful of all that they are and represent. I love them!

I have to say that I don’t think this should’ve been called a rubber duck. It’s not a bath toy although you could use it in the bath. It’s not squeaky or squishy. It’s hard. It’s a nice quality and I’m very happy having it in the house. It wasn’t love at first sight for my grand daughter, more of a science figurine. No sparkle in its eye. But still, why am I happy with it? It’s well-made and it will last long and it’s part of the household. I would buy it again, but I do suggest strongly that they change the description.

I was hoping for a toy with softer plastic ..this is a figurine. It is solid and heavy. Cute but not exactly what i wanted.
