I like this bra and will keep it. However, it does not run small as other reviewers state. I sized up in the band because of reviews stating it runs small and although I can wear it I wish I had ordered my true size. As far as support goes, I would not call this a sports bra at all, very minimal true support. Delmira sports bras are twice as supportive as this bra (and yes, those DO run small FWIW). Keeping this as the Lotus Red is pretty and it is comfortable for around the house wear. The straps are the BOMB and very comfortable. 4 stars for color and velcro straps.Edited to add: Washed and dried on high heat and bra shrunk a wee bit so now it fits on center hooks, I still think I should've purchased my usual size. The straps are perfection for my arthritic neck and shoulders, NO PAIN! Just want to emphasize that for people with shoulder issues.

I always appreciate reviews that are written after the person has used the product for some time. That’s what this review is. I have had this bra for 5 years! (I have 3 of this same bra.)I love love love it. (I work out 5 days a week, wearing one of these 3 amazing bras each time.) It holds my ladies in place very well. Even after all these years. Stretchy bras eventually loose their hold, which is annoying. This one has the same support it had when I first bought it. I like that the back straps don’t pull on my neck and shoulder muscles like most sports bras do—because this one is constructed like a regular non-sports bra in the back. The adjustable Velcro straps have held up after all these years of use, too. I haven’t even had to readjust them. The fabric is holding up so well. I‘ve used many sports bras over the years and this one is by far my favorite.For reference, I wear a 34B to 36C in all of my bras. I bought this one in a 36C and it fits perfectly. Also, I put this in a garment bag in the washer and hang it to dry.

I've been running through the Syrokan line trying to find a decent workout bra that doesn't cost a fortune. I am a 32FF/G UK, 32H/I US. I'm also fuller on the bottom than top. I so wanted to find an underwire sport bra that works, but since they're mostly foam cups, I can't fill the tops. I decided to try wire free - I ordered this one and the SYROKAN Women's Front Adjustable Lightly Padded Wirefree Racerback High Impact Sports Bra in a 32H. The racerback was a terrible fit - there is no way that's a 32H - I could barely get it on, might alone fit the cups. I don't recommend one that at all.This bra, the SYROKAN Women's Bounce Control Wirefree Front Adjustable, works very well - thank goodness! NOTE that the tag says UK 32H and US 32H, so I don't know what's up with the sizing for this brand. However, it fit nice and snug around and completely covers my breasts. I like that I can adjust the straps in front and I am able to make them tight enough to produce minimal bounce while running. And, since it's not padded, it molds well and is fairly flattering - no uniboob either, so YAY. I plan to buy more of these. UPDATE: So, originally the band was very snug when putting this bra on - I figured it would give after some wear, but nope. I plan to buy an extender for the band so I can continue to wear it, but I will likely size up in the band/down in the cup next time around. Otherwise, still a good purchase.

I rarely leave reviews for products that I buy. I believe the last time I left a review was 2019. But as someone who has a naturally large chest and is a runner, I completely understand the struggle with finding a sports bra that is actually high support. One night I got so frustrated with not having enough sports bras that genuinely are high support, that I ordered about $350 worth of different “high support” sports bras off Amazon. I only kept about 3 out of I believe 20 bras I bought. And this was one of them.PROS:-The combination of support and comfort is awesome. When I first put it on, I was unsure if it would be supportive enough. But a half hour into my run, I realized that I forgot I was wearing a sports bra. So the comfort and support are amazing on this. It is so nice to finally find an affordable sports bra that is high support.-Comes in a variety of colors, always a plus!-Adjustability!! I will never understand why sports bras claim to be high support when there’s no adjustable straps. Not only can you adjust the straps on this one, but you can adjust the band as well.CONS:-Be advised, these run SMALL. I am normally a 34D and I had to go up to a 36DD to get this to fit me. Once I found my correct size in these bras, super easy. But I did have to purchase different sizes to find out which fit best.-Not flattering at all in my opinion. It is definitely not a sports bra I would want to wear without a top over it. Especially if you are self-conscious about your underarm area. Personally, I feel this accentuates that area. But its not too much of a concern to me as I always wear t-shirts over my bras anyways.Overall, great bra. I felt compelled to leave a review so others that share my frustration can have an easier shopping experience. This bra is worth it and I will be buying more :)

I really liked this bra but there were more Cons than Pro (just for me personally!!)I definitely liked that you can tighten the straps, very beneficial. Super comfortable and felt like I could wear it all day. Was super slimming on the sides too!BUT for me - I was looking for a bra to run/workout with. I’m 5’8, in a 40D bra size and 180lbs. Even though the bra fit perfectly, it didn’t give me the support I needed to hold everything in place. (Also) could still see the nips through.

I’m glad I bought this one and will likely buy another depending on how it holds up over the next month or so. I really wanted a supportive, over the shoulder bra for running and this is it. I have tight neck muscles and any bra or top that crosses in the back gives me a headache. But this bra is super. It’s comfortable, does the job and easy to get on. It’s not one you need to pull over your head. My only, tiny, issue with it, is that you see the seam in the front of the bra through the running or workout shirt. But that’s not a big deal. I’m happy it works and seems to be good quality.

The bra is adjustable and really comfortable. Also washes well. Highly recommended
