Why did you pick this product vs others?:This is bought because of their brand name. I have used King Arthur flours for a few years and find that they're some of the best out there. I was craving buttermilk pancakes, so I bought this. OMG. The pancakes were so delicious, light and fluffy, and crispy on the edges, just the way a pancake should be. I usually make buttermilk pancakes from scratch, but after trying this, I will 100% be making these instead.

Good taste and easy to make. Plus NO PALM OIL!!! It’s hard to find a pancake mix WITHOUT palm oil. Palm oil is GROSS!!!! Palm oil tastes bad, it’s bad for your health and bad for the environment. BOYCOTT PALM OIL!!!!!!!!

The product is fine tasting but If you are likeUs you will be surprised by how small the bag is. Not a good value and you may go through a bag just find feeding the family once.

Worth the money! No egg, & no added chemicals like cheap box mixes.
