Brilliant ariel
I just purchased a Denon compact hi fi system. I first used the ariel ribbon supplied by the manufacturer.it only found 5 radio stations. I then purchased this ariel, and then retune my radio, and to surprise it then found 94. Excellent product.

Ok for good reception areas
Simply not long enough to be of use. With my Bose radio I get 1 channel only. I got better reception from a spare piece of wire hung from the wall.

Better than traditional t- shaped wire antenna!
I bought this for my Pioneer hifi as I was fed up of not being able to listen to my favourite DAB radio stations using the antenna supplied with the unit. I was surprised at the good quality of this antenna and adaptors all packaged in a neat plastic tube. Great value for money. Happy now I can listen to my favourite stations without any interference.

Didn't work
Recommended to improve dab reception for Roxel cd/ radio. It didn't, also too tight and close into connection .Sent it back for a refund.

It works
It basically does what it's supposed to, it receives a clear strong signal in both FM and DAB. Performs better than the wire aerial that came supplied with my Denon D-M41DAB hifi and is more discrete and tidy.

Internal aerials...
Made little difference when compared with standard aerial. Put a coax extension cable to elevate it farther which made the greatest difference.
