It says 3 servings, but there was barely enough for 1 serving.And it smelled bad. I rinsed it more times than the instructions mentioned, it still smelled bad.The texture is mushy. In my opinion, it’s not a good substitute for rice.

Don't eat alone
If you really crave rice and want to control your calories, go with it.but its nothing close to what a rice taste like. more of an alternative ways to some what enjoy the rice feeling.this is made of palm heart.Never eat it by itself, but instead make sure you wash it, then use the pain to fry it, 1/2 scrambled eggs and some veggies and some spices. and to include protein such as fish or chicken.
