So I thought I was spending about 1/2 less in cost. (must have been tired) I also thought I was buying flimsy decor that would squeeze around the napkins that would work once for what we needed.I was wrong--these were sturdy!! Well made! solid and shiny and very pretty. I will keep them even though they were not what I wanted--they cost more--but they are definitely worth the price!Did not chip when kids dropped them on ground. Very happy with purchase. This review asked me to grade adhesion--so I one starred adhesion, these go around napkins, they dont adhere to them. They work best with Fabric napkins.--they do not change size.

These are sturdy and functional, I bought them for a large dinner party so we will see how they hold up.
