Good for lip syncing!
Used as a prop; not an actual microphone. Looks good, nice weight. Yes its casing is plastic but we all know metal rusts and plastic lasts forever haha. The cable works I'm sure but I never use it. I have this in red too. Love 'em.

Just a "Pyle "of _ _ _ _
Junk,,I cant believe one reviewer said it was close to the sound of a Shure SH-55,,,I have been a pro, audio engineer for over 25 years and Ive NEVER seen a piece of junk like this..I ALSO own a 1964 Shure SH and can tell you this Pyle of crap doesn't come close to the sound quality of the real deal.It cant take any sound pressure at all before hitting distortion,,in other words if you sing with any kind of power it distorts.JUNK DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Poor sound quality
Even with phantom power and everything cranked to the point of feeding back this mic is super quiet. Also the design is flawed, with two different styles of conventional cables the mic will not mount on the Pyle adjustable mic stand. Had to modify the mic stand myself just to get it on. If you like this style but a better one.
