Cheap looking
The decorations looked like they were printed off of with a printer that anyone has at their home. The balloons had a horrible gas taste to that that our hands smelled like it after we blew one up. I wouldn’t even let our son pick them up or blow one up and the pictures on the banner were blurry.

Great decor
My daughter loves The Cat in the Hat/Dr. Seuss so that was her birthday theme for her First birthday in October. The decorations were great and worth every penny spent. She loved it!

Made of thin cardboard , would not be worth it at 1/2 the price .
Just cheaply made thin cardboard junk , not worth $17 . You could probably get the same thing in a party store for less than $10 . I would not recommend this at 1/2 the price .
