Restored my over processed double bleached hair.
I can't get over what the Hair Infinity line has done for my hair. Let me tell you, I absolutely ruined my hair - and I am talking - RUINED it. Unfortunately due to the boredom that had set in during the pandemic, I decided to give myself a few "subtle" highlights. I bought one of the more expensive highlighting kits that you can buy at Target - and (regrettably) used the cap method. My first mistake (other than doing all of this in the first place) was deciding to do the cap method, I ended up over doing it and pulled way too much hair through the cap to highlight. Secondly, I don't know if it was the quality of the developer, the bleach or what it was - but what resulted in the end was a combination of half orange / half brassy and very unsubtle highlights. Not having much of a choice since all of the salons were closed, I had no other option but to try and fix it myself. I went ahead and got another highlighting kit (a different brand this time) and I very carefully proceeded to do it again. This time, I ended up some how over processing my already processed hair (which was also already heat damaged) and the end result was gummy platinum white highlights that were also straw like and exceptionally stringy - basically just unbelievably chemically fried. Since all of this left my hair so brittle and weak, I also got what is known as a "chemical" hair cut out of the deal as well. After doing tons (and TONS) of research, I learned that this over-bleaching process that I did to myself - ended up shattering the bonds of my already damaged and fragmented hair, which absolutely obliterated its cuticles. I felt pretty hopeless after I learned that the only REAL way to repair such badly damaged hair is with a pair of sheers. Since my hair was already pretty short, I couldn't afford to lose anymore length, so I was determined to still try to do everything I could to try and restore my unGodly damaged locks.Thankfully - after hours and hours of research - I have been able to restore the health of my hair - not completely - but to about 80% of what it was, and within about a months time. Hairfinity's Balanced Moisture Biotin Conditioner was definitely one of the products that got me to where I am at now. It is incredibly good stuff, and quite honestly surpassed my hopes and expectations.(I truly hope that along with my story and the five star rating that I gave for this fabulous conditioner, will be of help to anyone who has found themselves in a helpless position that I was once in. As a woman myself, I know all too well the way our hair plays a major factor in our ability to be and feel self-confident. I never want anyone to feel the hopelessness that I felt after I so badly screwed up my hair. While Hairfinity's Balanced Moisture Biotin Conditioner was definitely one of the major components in getting my hair to the restored state that it is in now, there were a few other key players that I did and used that I believe played a major part in restoring the once devastating condition that my hair was in. I believe they all worked in unison to restore my severely damaged locks. I am more than happy to provide that list below. Best of luck!!!!!)Methods and techniques:- Don't use a towel to towel dry your hair - instead gently wrap your head in a soft teeshirt, and gently massage the water out.- Do once a week coconut oil treatments. Massage coconut oil onto dry hair (and scalp) and leave on for at least three hours. Make sure that your coconut oil is organic and cold pressed.- Try to only wash your hair 3-4 times per week. (This was hard for me - but it's a crucial component to getting your hair healthy again.)Other Hairfinity Products that I used in conjunction with this conditioner:-Hairfinity Revitalizing Leave In Conditioner - Biotin Growth Treatment for Dry, Damaged Hair and Scalp-Hairfinity Botanical Hair Oil-Hairfinity Hair Strengthening Amino Treatment MasqueShampoo:-Kerastase Bain Extentioniste, Lenght Strengthening ShampooStyling Products:-Eva NYC Mane Magic 10-in-1 PrimerHair Styling Tools that I have since invested in:-T3 - SinglePass Curl 1.25 Inch Professional Curling Iron-T3 - SinglePass Luxe Professional Straightening & Styling Iron-T3 - Cura Hair Dryer | Digital Ionic Professional Blow Dryer(Side note about the T3 styling tools: I know that the T3 line is pretty expensive, but with these styling tools - you do truly get what you pay for. As someone who must use styling tools daily - let me just say that I've wasted so much money on cheaper, lower quality styling tools. Not only did these lower quality tools do considerable heat damage to my hair, but they also needed to be replaced pretty much every year. What I love about the T3 line of styling tools, is that they are each infused with the highest of quality tourmaline technology, and are enhanced with negative ions, which provide substantial hair health benefits. The engineering that T3 uses, shields your hair by sealing in moisture with its even heat distribution, which not only reduces frizz, but most importantly protects the all-important cuticle. In the long run, this is an investment that will end up saving you not only time and money, but most importantly, the integrity of your hair.

This product has worked awesome, for me. I was little concerned in the beginning with shampoo, it lathered great an as expected however while washing it felt as if it were stripping my hair & was afraid it wouldn't be soft. But it seems to be more of a clarifying shampoo. I used the conditioner & upon drying my hair I was amazed at the softness & fullness of my hair. I began washing hair weekly with shampoo & conditioner. I next ordered hair strengthening mask from hair infinity & did a deep condition under dry & this really sold me on using these products. Even if I stopped using shampoo (but why would I) I'd always use conditioner & hair mask. I've attached pics of the beginning of this hair journey & 8 weeks later. Pics speaks for themselves. Before using Hairinfinity I was becoming depressed with sweeping up so much hair every 😭 morning which is why the ziploc bags of swept up hair. Now there is only a normal amt. Of hair as we know everyone sheds hair even healthy heads of hair. Please give this product a try & no I'm not receiving anything for this comment, just hoping to help someone who may have been in my situation.

Not the best, not the worst.
I will start by saying I have tried just about every hair product I can get my hands on at least a couple of times. Based on the description of this conditioner I had really high hopes. In general, I actually use a hair mask from a drug-store brand as my normal go-to conditioner. Out of everything I have tried over the years it has worked the best for my hair. I have thick, wavy, colored, damaged hair which tangles easily that goes about halfway down my back (almost a foot and a half to 2 feet in length). For the price of this conditioner I was expecting much more. Granted I have only used it about 5 times now, but so far I am not wowed. One thing I have realized is that personally I prefer a thicker conditioner. This one is on the thinner side and I feel like it does not do as good of a job of “sticking” to my hair to let it sit for a few minutes before rinsing it out. I will say that it smells amazing and does its job, but when paying almost $20 for a bottle on the smaller size, I was expecting a huge difference. Yes, my hair was soft and smooth after using but I have yet to see a huge difference. I will re-review if I start to notice a change in my hair as I will definitely be using the rest of the bottle considering how much I paid for it. But as of now I will probably not purchase again and will just stick with cheaper brands that seem to do just as good of a job. Overall not a bad conditioner, just not worth the price-tag in my opinion.
