Love this bed
Love this bed. So much more affordable then a sleep number. I have RA so this bed is a life saver. Highly recommend this bed to any one looking for a sleep number type bed. We bought 9" bed and bought a fiber filled mattress pad to add more padding and save on the cost of the bed. LOVE IT !!

Slow and loud
I bought the Queen version of the A3 Personal Comfort Bed 2 years ago. From the beginning it was very slow just to switch between two numbers. Just to go from 16 to 15 it takes 2 minutes. It sounds and feels like click, thump, click... click, thump, click... click, thump, click over and over for 2 minutes. Sometimes longer, just to make one small adjustment. Within two weeks of receiving the mattress I contacted Personal Comfort about the problem three times and they told me to do troubleshooting but they never solved the problem or offered to replace the pump.I finally tried Personal Comfort customer service again this year and they told me that it was not normal to take that long to switch between two numbers. But the representative told me that since it was over 6 months they would not send a new pump. I needed to send my pump for them to look at and fix and they would do a $200 authorization on my credit card for a loaner pump. This is really bad customer service. I don't want to have to pack up and reassemble a pump multiple times just to have them send the original back with the same problem. This is a lot of hassle.
