I've used this now for 2 full weeks and most definitely my little tech-neck has not decreased nor do I think it will soon by just using this for 10 minutes a day. Definetly make 20 out of that and use more than once a day and move the head/neck while doing so, so that the pressure can make an impact on the muscles etc. Also, it is not the most comfortable thing but one gets more used to it with time. The item was very cheap to buy and it gives a cheap impression (well, what to expect)...HOWEVERhaving said all this, from day 2 I could feel that the bumpy area is definitely reacting while resting the head/neck and feels looser and after a few days, the prospect of lying down and resting the head on the thing becomes something to really look forward to and enjoy/relax into. Also, the general awareness of improving the posture is much higher and hopefully helping.This is no quick fix but still helps with improving overall well-being.! Just something that we noticed: this is not gonna do much for people who cannot get their head touching the floor when lying down (like my partner who is a bit bigger in body size) as they might not be able to get "close enough" to the neck rest to actually use it.Was delivered within time frame, came in a bag and was a small 1 sheet manual which really said all there was to know in pics.

Not yet seen any improvement on my neck position/ posture

I bought this as I have no discs between my vertabrae in my cervical spine. I lie down flat on the floor on my yoga mat. It's very uncomfortable to use and feels a little to high for me. However, I don't think I've used it consistently enough to see if it helps and this is because it is so uncomfortable that it gives me neck ache afterwards. So, if you can manage that and use it consistently, I think perhaps over time it would help but feels too much like torture in between for me.

Takes a lot of getting used to. However once you get to grips with it, the relaxation & results are great 👍

This item is very strong stronger than I expected and it does work when you sit and relax and lie on it. Good for your neck and makes you feel definitely

I was totally taking a gamble for this to work. Even when I first touched it a felt the flexible but not soft material I still doubted. BUT! I was soooo wrong. It's PERFECT temporary relief for my neck. I have bone spurs on my spine. I have gone through a mountain of pillows trying to find the right neck relief. NOW it's not a pillow, but think of it more like the most flexible well engineered head rest you ever used. I use it for about 20 minutes then my neck feels so much better. The pillows are enough support after I use it. It's built to flex and curve and support the neck. It's is surprisingly the most bang for my buck. I'm glad I risked it a little and tried something different. Bonus info; I also purchased an adjustable self-inflating neck pillow (Grey pillow in pic) I use that after I use this product. It's the perfect rest after this neck rest helps straighten out my neck pain. You should look those up too. BTW, that's the mountain of pillows I go through trying to find the right support.
