Happy with the product, fast and quality, value for money

I was 657th buyer of this product, I thought after these many bad reviews seller could have improved the service, and any way there is Amazon support so I brought it, but seller came out completely irresponsible.It's written there in the product description as Bluetooth, also shown SIM card in the image as well as sellers thank you later in the box but it was missing, very first restart didn't happened properly, I had to press and hold for long button to come alive the laptop, now I was in confusion what other thing would missing, After so many time calls to seller (Used yet new dot com) next day he picked up my call. But now I have to send laptop back, when delivery boy came to pickup I said there are few things missing so sending back.. he got afraid if I have removed something from the laptop 😂, and he took half an hour to get convinced. Anyway he accepted thanks Amazon.

The media could not be loaded. Its good enough and price worthy..... but not FHD screen... Still good deal.. Go for it...

The media could not be loaded. Using the Laptop for more than 4 weeks, working fine. Part received in very good condition. The packaging is very proffetional. Battery backup is 4-5 hours. Appearance is good. Good option for students or small business needs. The service from vendor rentopc is very good. The windows and ms office was not active, contacted them on whatsApp and support was instant not expected such a swift service. Felt the charger is getting heated up, immediate action taked once reported and replacement donewithin 4 days.Good to go if surching for a Laptop under 20k.

I had a key board issue, raised a mail to "UsedYetNew" regarding this last month ie February 2024, initially they said they will replace the keyboard, but till now only chain of mail is going, issue not yet resolved, still key board issue remains same.no resolution took from UsedYetNeWrost experience, not suggesting to buy

I had an minor key issue with the keyboard, and later refund window was closed, but the rentpc team is very supportive that they offered a replacement. Communicated with me helped me throughout this. Product received working fine and I'm happy with the product and team. You can go with them if you're looking for refurbished laptops. At this amount it's an good configuration.👍🏻

I ordered this product first time it came defected i.e. the button was broken and major dents. I requested for replacement, it was replaced but that laptop was having software issues. It worked for few hours then the screen froze and some error message was bieng diaplayed. So i requested for a refund. After 3 attempts and 3 followups i got the refund thankfully by amazon.
