Q: can this be used in soil grown plants?

Yes, absolutely. Good stuff, start with 1/4 to 1/2 strength. Make sure plants can handle full dose. Very concentrated stuff. I use a 1/4 T per Qt and a half.

Q: Can i use this product with elements flower bloom booster or would it be overkill and not recommended?

When a plant blooms it's needs switch from Calcium and Magnesium to Calcium and Sulfur. I've added this product to flowering/blooming plants along with bloom boosters which add lots of Phosphorus and Potassium (the P and K of NPK) and with great success. Just watch your PPM levels so you don't tip the salt balance too much in favor of the soil or coco.

If you are trying to use it along with the bloom booster you must make sure you use very little of both because it would definitely be Overkill. Check every so often to see if you are getting plant burn it how they react in general and work your way up.

Yes absolutely. There is nothing in this product besides essential minerals, when used as directed, fall within natural range.
