I’ve been using Earth Juice for 20 years..I use it in my garden and for starting plants indoors.The smell disappears quickly though. The reason it smells.is because it is made with fish. Also, it has molasses in it, which supports microbial growth. That is good for root growth. If you've never used organic fertilizer then you are really missing out! Earth Juice has several products for whatever you're growing.

I use this on my garden outside and have noticed a big difference in the growth of my plants. I like that you can use it the old fashioned way by applying to the soil or do a foliage application as well. I have not burned my plants yet while using this.

You've probably seen other reviews talking about how this stuff "settles" on the bottom. Well, it's really much worse than that, and I regret ignoring those reviews. First of all, forget about shaking this product to mix it. Not happening-the entire bottom 1/3 of this bottle is congealed in an unmixable mass. I tried jamming a stick inside and awkwardly tried to mix it that way...again, not happening, it's SOLID. I finally cut the top off, cut out the congealed mass, and mashed it into some fresh water inside a bucket. It took TOO LONG, and TOO MUCH EFFORT, but I finally was able to use the resulting liquid. It wasn't worth it, in the meantime I found a fertilizer that is cheaper, works MUCH better, and doesn't have these mixing issues. General Hydroponics Bio Thrive-I use both the grow and bloom formulas. After dosing my plants with that stuff, the difference compared to Earth Juice is hard to believe. Save yourself the frustration and wasted money and skip the Earth Juice.

I love this stuff and have been using it for years. It’s not very easy to use, as you really have to measure out the quantity carefully (each type is different). Used improperly, you could kill your plants, but careful use yields incredible results 😁

I bought this on the recommendation of my nephew who's growing an amazing veggie garden with it. This probably works fine as a fertilizer, however, after only a a month it turned hard as a ROCK. I bought this on May 31, 2020. Today is July 4. I went to fertilize my garden and over a third of it is hard. I tried adding water - no luck. AND of course it's past its return date by 4 days. This is really disappointing. This stuff is not cheap - over $17 a quart - and now the rest goes in the trash. Definitely will not be buying it again.
