Fun introduction to numbers and crayons.
As the story opens, all of Duncan's crayons are missing from the box. The book takes the reader through counting the colors until they all return to the box. It's fun to see each crayon express feelings about what they are used to color or what they would like to be used for. I love the illustrations that Jeffers creates, they feel so childlike and friendly. And the variety of different things created gives parent and child lots of things to talk about as they read. This book would also make a fun way to introduce children to crayons and what they can be used for.

Love this book series
Our granddaughter loves this book series - and I even enjoy reading them too her! Too many children's books are just boring for the adult but these are well written stories with cute illutrations.

Crayons are the best!
The crayon books are wonderful, even when they don't tell a story. The illustrations grab a child's attention. I've given the books to various little ones and they've become immediate favorites. Highly recommended.

Price couldn't be beat
Cute book for my younger daughter to "read along" with her brother, who has the original crayons books. GREAT price.

Same book, different name
If you have the Crayons Book of Colors, don't bother with this one- they're almost entirely the same book/same pictures.
