I love them
I bought three poles, a wrong piece came in one of the boxes, I contacted the manufacturer and they responded immediately, they sent me a new pole and I didn't even have to return the wrong one, they were very kind, I am very happy with the poles, they are very good quality and it is a very serious and responsible company, I highly recommend them

Decent value, but not greatest quality
Got these for our windows in a guest room - and they do the job, but i noticed that the build quality isn't that great- when adjusting them, the little plastic sleeves inside that are supposed to tighten up when you turn the rod- they like to pop loose, making it kind of tricky to get them to the right length and keep them there.They did the trick in a pinch, but if they broke, I wouldn't rebuy the same ones, and would instead go for one that had a bit better build quality.
