The Good:* The product is as I expected. I had went to Youtube to watch videos of this product in action (of course some of those videos the product was under different brand names) and had a clear idea of what I would be getting.* Produces topspin - respectable enough amount* Easy assembly and instructions* Doesn't have to be plugged into a wall* Can actually hold 100 balls* Comes with a plastic angle adjuster, albeit at fixed pointsThe bad:* 100 balls does top it off, and the balls may fall off when you start a session after refilling the machine* It's made of plastic, which isn't too surprising since this is supposed to be low end, but the quality of the plastic is bad compared to the around $70 price point, in my opinion. The plastic is akin to the plastic on my K120 keyboard, which is something I paid that was less than $10.* You turn it on from one side and run to the other side. I know, I know - it's obvious this is how it's going to be. It would have been nice though if the manufacturer had given it remote capability considering the plastic it is made from is terrible. Therefore, I'm keeping this complaint here.* The balls may (very rarely) come out two in one go if the way they filter into the serving area is weird.All in all, considering the alternatives that I had at the time of this purchase, this is a good buy. It has helped me up my game, so I would recommend it to others. I would say though that the price point for the quality of material is almost a break point, but since this is a specialty product which has few (if any) competitors in its price range, it's passable.

First one I got was old, used item and it was not working right. It was very weak and I had to keep Joola right at the net for Jolla to be able to get ball across. I was disappointed and was ready to just return it. But I contacted Amazon and they initiated replacement. Second item I got was a brand new one. It is very strong and I can adjust speed of the ball from slow to fast which gives me plenty room to wiggle and make thing work just right for me. I love it and would rate this item 5 stars only if there was no issue with used item. Please don't get me wrong - it has 1 or 2 drop balls out of 50-60 I put in, but for a robot that cost me slightly more than 50 bucks I have to have reasonable expectations. If this one breaks I will not hesitate to order another one.

If you use yellow balls recommended by amazon, it works great. If use light weight balls, machine won't throw the balls far enough. It is good for the price, i wish , they would allow speed adjustment manually - I have it on default random mode, which is still a great practice. May be i need to look more into manual how to adjust the speed, but it seems like button does not have more than few options.

loving it so far, it took minutes to assemble and we were playing right away. I made a mistake of ordering the 50 balls package with it, it is not enough, so we had to wait to get 100 balls before we starting enjoying it, my arm is already sore :)

Great for practice. Simple to use but one suggestion. Purchase the catch net accessory also

Works great, got this along with the 100- pack of iPong trainer balls & the net. If I had any design or feature complaint, it would be wishing the control box had a long enough cord to reach the player.

It took me a few rounds to figure out that you need to have it set at far end of table. 90% of serves are accurate. Very fun.

Not a good device. The speed adjustment does not change much no matter how much you turn.
