I bought three of these for my 2 big dogs and my maltipoo. The big ones have been great. Unfortunately, the maltipoo's collar tore the first day he wore it. I have tried to reach the seller to get a replacement etc, but have had no luck. I feel it is probably some glitch in that one collar, but the lack of communication and contact is very aggravating.
