Can I have a refund without sending items back?
My order was missing the T in birthday. 3 balloons had holes in them, I tossed them in the trash. I would like a refund without sending items back because I am not able to drive to a ups.

Great birthday package for celebrating a child’s birthdaY.
It was a perfect package for celebrating a child’s birthday.The balloons were very pretty. It was just a perfect package. Everything in it was great

Pretty but…
The decor was pretty and my birthday girl loved it. But, I didn’t realize that the birthday message wasn’t pre strung - you have to poke the ribbon through all of the holes yourself. And here’s the kicker- they only gave me one of the letter “P” for “Happy”. So we had to go with “Hapy Birthday” lol 😂

It was just printed paper I could of made this at home not worth the money oh and you have to string everything through

Not pop its
The decorations look like pop it's but they are just card stock with a pop it print on it. I thought they would be popable pop it's and they weren't. Plus assembly is required.
