Great scalp dermaroller
I wanted to try this dermaroller out because I have these little spots right above each temple that were starting to lose hair, I see it could be a genetic thing but that doesn't mean its going to stay like thatI have done dermarolling on my face before with great results and with guidance from YouTube videos from Gin Amber. I used one of her most current YouTube video for hair dermarolling for this oneOnto what I liked. The roller was as I expected, it looks like it does have real needles, just a tad bit duller than other dermarollers I've used but not by much.It rolls like it should and the little case makes it easy to store, but what I liked most about the case was that the little part where the actual head of the roller sits is hollow enough for me to fill with alcohol and let the roller sit in to disinfect the needles, I do swish it around with the cap on as well so it gets little particles offNow, something that I want to caution about is the rolling, I did say it is good, and I it is but it also moves slightly left and right while rolling, this didn't worry me because I wasn't using it on my face, if it wiggles it is possible that it's making micro slashes and not pokes, which is less worrisome on my scalp since it's covered with hairThe roller wiggling had a good side to it when using it on my scalp though because your hair doesn't get stuck between the edge of the roller and the plastic that holds the roller, which was a problem with a previous roller I had used for my hair. I use it with wet hair per Gin Amber's recommendation so the roller doesn't tangle in your hair while rolling.

Perfect for a first timer
I was really nervous this would hurt or I would damage my face. I ordered the .5 and it’s perfect. I have been using twice a week for 2 months now and I really see the difference in my skin. Less wrinkles and my makeup lasts all day now without getting bunched up in my wrinkles

Works great
I use the 1.5 for scars and stretch marks and I've noticed improvement. Only cons is it's a little squeaky but if you wet it it helps. It's also a little painful but that's to be expected. Numbing cream should help.

Start small before going to bigger needles
I didn’t listen to people when they would say to start with smaller needles and work your way up. I bought a size 1 and although when I received the needles they seemed small they did hurt with the faintest touch and my face was itching for the next couple days, but this product overall achieved its purpose and the quality is just immaculate for its price point it compares to all dermal roller I’ve seen which have been of good quality.

Wow
Been using this for about a month and a half and I feel like it has definitely helped. It’s not something I noticed at first glance but looking at the original picture it has definitely filled in. My hair was thinning from this being my third pregnancy, and I decided to try it. Personally it hurts, I don’t even do enough to cause but a couple spots of blood but I barely push at all. I move it up and down, as well as side to side and diagonally both ways. Be sure to disinfectant your scalp and micro needle as well as applying collagen oil before you roll.

First Roller I've Bought that Arrived Perfectly
Sharp, wrapped, well packaged, and not a single needle was bent. Great product!Sep. 2022 Update: So back around May, I accidentally dropped the roller (from the original review) and ended up bending some of the needles, so I threw it away.Months passed and I decided to buy another one, but, when it arrived, it was scratched and clearly used (even though it was fully packaged minus the head being wrapped like the original.) The seller reached out and offered to replace it for free, and after two attempts, I finally got a brand new roller.I used it, and it was just a sharp as I remembered. And, in the first 80 seconds of using, it ended up in the sink, and a needle was bent.So do I still recommend it?Absolutely.Just, uh, don't drop it, buy another one, return that one, get one for free, and drop that one.

Good
No metal discs, real needles. Kind of hurt but it’s not unbearable. if you are a beginner definitely start with the .25mm then work your way up
