Awesome gift. The kid loved it and assembled it almost completely on her own (10yr old). Works well with the battery and also works with solar panel IN STRONG,DIRECT SUNLIGHT ONLY. Our newer window blocked too much sunlight. In an older window the solar panel works fine…a bit more sluggish than with batteries. But it did work!!!!The seller was incredibly responsive sending a replacement part IN ONLY THREE DAYS!!!!! Amazing customer support. Wow.

I bought this for my 7 year old. He is an excellent builder. His dad helped assemble and it was extremely difficult for them both. The instructions are terrible. We bought 3 other kits similar to this and the instructions were wonderful but not this kit.

Pieces don’t fit correctly steel marbles get stuck at bottom first pick up point

I bought this for my grandson and he was able to follow the instructions to assemble this kit. He absolutely loved the building process and enjoyed playing with the finished project. This is a fun teaching project!

The media could not be loaded.  Purchased for my 9 year old Nephew for Christmas. He had it put together within a couple hours and thought it was really cool.

Granddaughter loves it. She and her parents assembled it and it works wonderfully.

This is a great project and seems like it could be really fun for a young tinkerer, but it was unfortunately a disappointment. After we open the kit and get began assembling it, we discovered that one of the main pieces. A5, was actually not fully cut out of the wooden form. This made the entire thing unusable.
