Have been looking to replace some similar lights from years ago but couldn't find the right ones. Until these came along. They are small enough to look like little white berries in the tree, with a warm but bright light. The green cabling is perfect to help them sit in the tree without looking like they are wired in. I find those with clear or white cabling can be offputting and make it look more fake. From a little distance, these lights 'hang' on the tree without looking like strings of lights. I also love that they are plastic, as my older set had frosted glass, which while stunning, is the reason I no longer have them - they just kept breaking! These feel like they will last longer. The light is bright but not overpowering and remains warm in colour, not the bright light that looks almost blue! They 'glow', which I think sets them apart. Prefer them to naked bulbs.One set did a 4.5-foot tree comfortably. I'd probably go for 2 sets if I was to get a tree of 6 feet upwards. The plug has a button on it that cycles through the light settings, of which there are plenty, from headache-inducing flickering to simply staying on, (Steady-on). The memory chip is useful, so you don't need to reset your light preferences every day when you plug them in. Finally, that they come with a 1-year warranty is very good.If the company was ever up for improving the model, I would love a dimmer on them, but then other lights come with remote controls for this. Not a necessity. Love these and would recommend them if this is the kind of tree lights you're looking for. Not used them outside so can't comment there.

Love these in my garden! I bought 2 lots to go round my fence, they dont connect so had to plug in one the opposit way but they look great at night

These lights are way better than I expected them to be. The colour is perfect, not too yellow, but warmer than cool white. They are much brighter than any other fairy lights I’ve had, and only use 6watts, about 2p to run for 10 hours at today’s prices. There is approximately 8ft of cable upto the first light, which was perfect for my application.They have 8 different modes, i only wanted to use ‘steady on’, and luckily they remember the last setting you had them on, so you don’t have to go through the other settings every time you use them.Highly recommended, especially at the price, I’m going to buy more.

I put these in our garden tree and they look lovely. Nice length and easy to put up as didn't tangle up.

Just received these and put them up, I was concerned when I first opened the box and saw them as I thought I had been sent the white set as they all appeared opaque.However when plugged in they were very bright and clear colours. They look great on our small outdoor tree.Pictures are not the best but the best I could do.Lets just hope they last
