Q: What is the expiration date?

Not sure, but I know they freeze very well. I used them for tiramisu very successfully. Buyer beware: Amazon shipped them in a bag — many were broken. I pieced them together for the tiramisu and it was fine — could hardly tell. For the price point, however, they should have arrive in a box with padding. They are quite delicate.

Q: Is this kosher for Passover ?

It contains rice flour and corn flour and does not show a P for Parve so i think thst would be NO

Q: Are these keto friendly?

No. Absence of gluten does not equal absence of carbs. These have 24 carbs per serving.
