I have been using this product for about 3 weeks now, with my usual Progenix More Muscle protein and aminos, and have noticed a substantial improvement in my performance in CrossFit. I find that I am not fatiguing nearly as quickly as I did before, which is allowing me to push harder and lift heavier. I also am recovering more quickly and am less sore, and fatigue from today’s WOD isn’t spilling into tomorrow’s (like it used to!). I am running my first ultra-marathon this weekend and hope that this will help to power me through.The powder is a super-fine consistency, which does make some mess when scooping it into a shaker bottle, but the benefits of the product are well worth it for me.

Man I love Progenex! Great proteins, and I go to bed every night after my Cinnamon Slumber! However this was the first time I got the creatine and this stuff foamed like crazy in the shaker just like soap..I had to throw it out..

I recently bought this package and so far, I think it's been working great - I recover faster from HIIT workouts and have better endurance. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the package was delivered with a rip along the seam and I lost some of the product and it made a mess.

I’m 50 yo and put on 2 lbs of lean muscle in 6 weeks using this product.

My boyfriend primarily uses this product but I have used it a few times and find it really helpful with regards to muscle recovery after an intense workout. The downside to it is that the powder is incredibly fine and goes everywhere if you aren't careful when scooping it.
