These are nice little pads which work really well. The adhesive really works great. It stays where you put it, (at least it does for me) and the thickness of these pads are ample. They go all day with no problems. It does take a little bit to get the paper off the adhesive though. But other than that, they work fine for me.

These are great lads if you are facing pain in the foot pad from possible improper walking on the outside of your foot rather than through your big toe.They do leave a residual glue but it comes off with a little rubbing alcohol. It does stick well. It’s a one day use item if you bathe daily. Felt pad doesn’t like water but you can try.

Suggested by my Podiatrist which is somewhat helpful to relieve the pain in my toes. After some time to adjust, I'm sure these will be great/

Feels amazing for my toe pains. Lots of negative reviews about sticking them directly to your feet. Is that instructed somewhere for these? Because that never occurred to me. You stick them to your insoles. Not on your soles lol. I’ve tried so many insoles and shoes and boots and I think these are what I’ve been needing all along. They should make an even bigger version for barreling monsters like me.

They're comfortable, but they slipped to a different position on my foot only halfway through the day, which defeated the purpose. They might do better being affixed directly to the insole instead.

My Podiatrist recommended this pad for relief of pain on the bottom (between the ball and the arch of my foot.The doctor gave me two samples and suggested I search the internet to order a supply. After searching several sites I found that Amazon had a wide variety of brands. The pads I ordered were thicker, re-useable, and gave me more padsfor the price. I use the pads for relief with arch support pain and relieve pressure on the ball of my foot and the pain went away especially the pain in the arch. When I remove the pad I re-attach the paper to the back of pad and it'd ready to use next time I need it. So far I have reused the same pads three times and in each time the pad re-stuck inplace.

Great product, i’m in my second trimester and the bump support helps. My swelling has improved tremendously with the pads!

I bought metatarsal pads on the advice of my podiatrist. These were shipped fast. They are of the same quality (apparently) as the one my podiatrist applied to my shoe after my initial appointment. While I don't plan to have these replace a custom pair of orthotic insoles, they are suitable while I wait for my orthotics to arrive. The durability, adhesion to different shoe insoles, and comfort (relief from pain and discomfort) make these a "best buy."
