Not for big or tall, let alone both. Not to mention QC issues
I own several gaming chairs within different price brackets and I can safely say this is the worst experience I've had with one. I'm 6ft around 200lbs so I fall into the group of people who can use size R and size XL gaming chairs and have a comfortable experience.Immediately after unpacking the box I noticed serval parts where missing or just flat out the wrong part, the base, the gas cylinder, and any directions. The arms included are not 4D arms. I decided to try to assemble what I could just to see if it would be a good fit. I didn't make it very far until I ran into issue number two.I started trying to assemble the seat to the back of the chair and this is the point which I noticed issuer two and three. The second issue was the seat portion of the chair didn't have all the proper mounting holes for the two side brackets which mount the back of the chair to the bottom. Not only did it not have the hole cut out in the fabric, but after feeling for a hole thru the fabric, I couldn't even feel one in the metal frame. While setting that part to the side I found issue three. Issue three was excess metal on the frame inside the seat portion. A bulge was sticking out from the side of the seat and after feeling the bulge (giggity) I noticed that it was excess metal from the frame that either wasn't cut or grinded off. Instead, a piece of foam was stuck over it. Surely this would have caused an issue after using the chair for a small period of time. Now while I'm sure this was a fluke (probably done on a Friday) the rest of this review will be about how if you managed to get a chair with all the parts, and assemble it, how you'd be very disappointed. This is NOT for big and tall people, let alone big or tall people. The dimensions of the chair match the SMALL version of Secretlab chairs. The backrest and seat are not the same size as my Secretlab Titan (regular size) and they are so much smaller than my HappyGame XL chair it's laughable. The chair would have fit my 10 year old daughter perfectly, but I can't see it fitting someone over 5' 5".The quality of the fabric used isn't bad and the padding of the chair itself is okay, I can't attest to its longevity. Both the lumbar support pillow and the headrest foam is laughably bad. I honestly think it's filled with packing foam.I don't see this holding up to a 200lb person let alone the 350lb advertised. In fact I would only trust it up to a 120lb, maybe 150lb max. The chair's frame is tack welded in only a few spots. Even more disturbing is the fact it's only tack welded in a few spots in the area which the gas cylinder mount attaches to. I can almost certainly say if you lean back or rock in this chair a few times as a full sized adult, it will break. If you're looking for a solid gaming chair within the $200 price range, this isn't it. It's not even close. My HappyGame XL chair was only $180 and it blows this chair away in every possible aspect.

A budget-friendly version of the Secretlab Titan chair
If you’re having a hard time justifying spending $400 on a Secretlab Titan chair, then I highly recommend this chair. The GTRacing Ace M1 is very comparable, even down to the logo placement and stitching detail. The only room for improvement I see is to be able to tighten up the arm rests, but with the amount of adjustments you can do to them, I can definitely overlook it. This chair is so comfortable, we bought a second! With the quality of materials, we don’t doubt the longevity.

Large, comfortable, solid chair
This chair is worth the money! Large, sturdy, and extremely comfortable office chair. I'm 6'2", 209lbs, and have plenty of room when seated in this chair. This is our 2nd chair. I initially purchased one for my son (6'4", 225lbs) last Christmas for his home office. I loved it so much so, that I got myself one a month later for my home office. The chair was very easy to assemble with clear and easy instructions. I was able to complete the build within 20 mins or so.

Bought 5/9 will update as time goes
5/9- day 1. Just unboxed and assembled. Packaging looked good, all parts were there and intact/wrapped. It took 30min from start to finish to assemble, and that’s with sips of coffee between each step. Assembly was super easy. First impression: it’s a nice looking chair. Overall comfy. It’s definitely made for bigger/taller people. I am 6’2” 200lbs, and I have TONS of space. I almost think I should have gotten the racer over this one to be a little tighter in it. The arm rests are super adjustable which is nice. The pillows are a neat touch, though I am still deciding if I want to keep them on, we will see. I will update as time and wear go on, as the reviews all seem to be love or hate. For now, 5 stars.6/9: One month in and I have no complaints. The chair is very comfortable. I’m in it about 7-8hrs a day and it feels great to me. Everything is still tight and secure. The pillows have grown on me. The lumbar one is a little annoying since it isn’t secured, it will sometimes fall over when I get up (someone else mentioned this as well), but that’s a minimal issue in my book. You could use double stick tape if you really wanted. Still 5 stars. See you all in a few months as I don’t think much will change so my updates will come a longer intervals.

It's a big comfy chair!
Super comfortable. Easy to assemble. I will add that all the bolts and even the tools needed are packaged amazingly! There's even a little "extra parts" section that has 1 more of everything. Very smart!I still managed to lose 2 screws that hold the plastic covers over the hardware on the chair. I opened the package with the screws... saw 4 of them. Installed 2 and looked back and 2 were gone. I can only assume the laundry goblins horrible cousins the hardware trolls snatched them up while i wasn't looking. Luckily they include 1 extra in the extra part section so i only have 1 i couldn't install. All in all this is a hell of a chair for the price and if recommend to anyone.

Great gaming chair, wouldn't say big and tall
With the title stating that it's not big and tall, it is PERFECT for 5'8" 138lb me. If it were someone 6'2" 350lbs they might find the seat height and actual torso portion of it to be lacking, overall.. it's an average sized chair w/ a little more width. The build quality is good; the chair gives off that new car smell out the box. The hex bolt comes w/ solid washers and crush washers, make sure to tighten those so that it's seated. I like that the arm rest is adjustable 3..4 ways? Height, width, angle, and even how far out or close you want it to be. Overall the chair seems sturdy and probably will be kept for years to come :)Build quality: sturdy and is not looseTitle Description: It's misleading, probably average size w/ a little more width but not "tall"
