NOT 16GB RAM!!
Product is advertised as 16gb ram but is actually 8gb. This model only comes in 8gb so do not be fooled. More memory can be added. Was very disappointed but am keeping it and got a 16gb ram stick from Best Buy. Three stars is because it wasn't the computer I thought I bought. The only option Amazon had was a return & refund. Love the red lit keyboard!!

Deicide to return very disappointed
Would give zero stars if I could .The memory ram only 8gb not the 16gb.I use test software test this laptop and found the hard drive had run up to 100 hours.It likes renew product.
