I have been eating Lundberg’s rice products for many years. This sushi rice high quality. Be sure to follow the cooking directions to achieve maximum benefit, specifically soak for 30-minutes prior to cooking.

My first batch wasn’t the best (totally my fault for letting it dry out) but my second batch was amazing! Had the family over for sushi night, it turned out amazing! Love that this is also organic! Will purchase again

Sushi RiceX part rice (measured in cup, coffee cup, bowl)In bowl rinse rice 4-5 times in cold water until water is clear drain using bowl and strainer each timeFor every 1 part rice add 1 part water. (1/8th more for Sushi Angels)(1/2 cup rice makes 2 sushi rolls on 8 1/2”-7 1/2” roasted seaweed sheet)Add rice and water portion to pot with lid (never remove lid)Bring to a boil and reduce to simmer for 8 minutesAfter 8 minutes turn off heat and let sit for 20 minutes (do not remove lid)During 20 minutes make sugar rice-vinegar and salt mixtureMixture• 1 TBLS sugar for every cup of rice• 1 part rice vinegar to 4 part rice ie. 4 cups rice =1 cup rice vinegar• 1/8 tsp salt for every cup of rice• Stir mixture until dissolved• In separate bowl add mixture to rice and fold into rice 2x times … do not chop mixture fold 2x times should be good• Let sit uncovered for an hour or less and rice will be okay to touch• Use for sushiVegan Sushi Filling• Spicy vegan mayo: Whisk together 1/4 cup Vegan Mayo and 4 teaspoons sirache sauce until combined. Taste and add extra sriracha if you would like a spicier sauce. (You can also add in a tiny drizzle of toasted sesame oil and/or agave, sushi sauce, if desired.) drizzle the mayo on top of the rolls just before serving, but you can also mix it in with the fillings by coating some ingredients like sweet potatoes or carrots.• Julian cucumber• Straw French fries• Julian Peppers• Julian carrot -cover with water in pan … bring to a boil simmer for 5 minutes. (optional sprinkle with garlic)• Julian sweet potato-cover with water in pan … bring to a boil simmer for 5 minutes, Drain. This is my favorite sushi rise. The macros aren’t bad, it’s always fresh, and tastes amazing. I follow the instructions to a T, then add a vinegar seasoning. Makes great sushi and SUPER sticky!

Love this rice!!! Cooks beautifully for all kinds of rice meals even risotto. Doesn’t overcook easily and turn to mush like some other types of rice. 4 stars only because compared to other organic types of rice from this brand this one is on the expensive end.

The instructions for cooking the rice or perfect and we were all very happy with the result. Have made and continue to make really good sushi at home.

I don't have a rice cooker and I followed the directions and recipe on the package for sushi rice. It turned out perfect!!! Better than my favorite sushi place. I didn't use the rice for sushi but for a Korean inspired fried rice that they serve at Strip Steak at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas. It was amazing 🤩🤩🤩
