The Recover Tactical compact rail system for Glock 26&27 is nothing short of genius. Kudos to the folks at Recover Tactical, and the compact rail system designer, Tamir Porat, for bringing rail & gunlight options to the railless Glock frame family.

The description does not cover this but if you have a TLR7 you have to remove the key that fits inside the notch of the picatinny rail. If you remove this then there is no way to be sure that it is secure with only side pressure to secure it.When I brought this up to the seller I was told that he/she had one and that it worked fine. The seller then sent me images of supposed working versions however only one of these was a Glock 26. This was of an instagram image that included conversation traffic. The conversation traffic included the same issue where the person is told that the key has to be removed. The picatinny rail "works" because of the optic/light/laser/etc. using the notch.I do not trust this to work, at least not with a TLR7. The description lists the TLR7 will work without mentioning that it needs to be modified (and the TLR8 which is similar in shape/design) in order to work is inexcusable.The seller's response to my correspondence was intermittent at best and telling me to remove part of my light was not a valid way to address the issue.On the plus side it does seem to fit well and appears secure. It went on easily and quickly and will probably do the job if you have, or are willing to purchase a Olight Valkyrie (mini) PL or PL-2 (I don't know about the TLR3 or TLR4). I myself am put out enough with the seller/product though that I will not be doing this.

The rail attaches easily as described. Both halves had a small remnant of the casting sprue which was ragged and sharp at the front of the rail. It was not difficult to remove, but should have been taken care of prior to sale, in my opinion. Fit was good enough for mounting a weapon light, but had a little sideways play as is common with all such clamp on accessories. I decided that in order to be sufficiently stable for a laser sight, bedding the unit to my pistol would be necessary to reduce the sideways play. I bedded each half to the pistol separately using JB Weld and plenty of release agent, so that I could still mount and remove the unit as per design. After bedding, the unit has zero play. Sideways pressure might cause the frame to flex, but it will not cause the rail unit to move. After the two modifications I could not be happier with the rail. This is a great way to add a rail to the Glock 26 (which should come from the factory with a rail for us folk with "experienced" eyesight). I rated it 4 stars due to the sharp casting sprue which required removal.

The installation was super easy. I reccomend removing your slide to make it fit easier when installing. Took only about two minutes to install. It's stable and adds room for a compact light or laser of your choice.

My dream come true to be able to have a light on my old ass glock. The absolute best up grade that I thought can never happen.

My original concern was that a part of the rail goes into the area between the slide and the frame, and there were anecdotes that the rail will cause cycling malfunction.No such problem with the one I got. It was very easy to install... around 3 minutes. Cycling the slide by hand was smooth, already convinced me that there shouldn't be malfunction. Just to be safe, I took it to the range yesterday with the weakest 9mm round I had (Winchester White Box 115gr). No issues whatsoever after 100 rounds.Only down side is the limited selection of lights due to the much shorter rail. I have a Strealight TLR7, and had to buy the adapter key so the TLR7 will fit. BTW the 100 rounds were tested with the light fitted to the rail. Both attachments (rail to gun, light to rail) were still sturdy after 100 rounds.

took my G26 to the range today for the first time after installing this product. during my 100 rounds i had several failures to feed, and a few failures to lock open when the magazine was empty. this is a brand new g26 i had put 150 rounds through it (same ammo) 1 week earlier with 0 malfunctions. i will try again next week and revise this review if needed.aside from this installation was very simple, it looks awesome and feels quite stable.

Really like this product as it adds functionality to my G26 that unbelievably Glock engineering left off. I understand that their intent was different, but I find that the G26 is perfect as bedside protection, but needed to have a light/laser installed for use in a dark environment. You really must verify what you are aiming at.

G26を使っている方なら、一度は思った事があるはず。「20ミリレールがあったらなぁ…」G26は小型であることが最大のウリであるゆえに、外装パーツを取り付けるためのレールが無いんですよね。フラッシュライトやレーザーポインタを着けたければ、専用設計の(結構高価な)アイテムしか選べない、という現状です。しかし！このアイテムはお手頃な価格で念願の20ミリレールを装備出来てしまうのです。トリガーガードと、スライドレールの隙間に挟み込むことで本体に固定します。スライドに干渉しないかというと、完全手放しで問題なし、というほどではないものの、軽くヤスってやる程度で調整出来てしまう程度です。なかなか見かけないアイテム、おススメです。※取り付けられるライトガジェットについてですが、、レール自体がかなり短いので、ライトの長さを良く調べた上で取り付けをしましょう。自分はOLIGHTのPL-MINI2(参考画像にあるもの)をつけました。よく出回っているXC-1は長すぎて付きませんので御注意を。

当方、2個目の購入です。今回はK社のG26の為に購入しました。実銃ベースで国産のガスガンは実銃よりフレームが大きいのかほぼ、ポン付けできません。加工前提で購入した方が良いです。画像のドットサイトが付いているのは〇イのG26です。こちらは1年ほど前に購入しました。先端から見てバレルがシルバーの方がK社のモデルですが結構、ガリガリと先端部や内部を削りながら現物合わせで装着させました。比較してみますと、〇イの方は当たる部分を削ればきれいにフレームにフィットしますが上部のスライドと干渉する部分を綺麗に削らないと動作に支障がでます。調整はこちらの方が時間がかかりました。K社の方はフレーム内に綺麗に収まっていません。若干、浮いており先端部がお辞儀しています。とはいえ、画像で見る通りどちらも結構うまい具合に装着させることが出来たので当方は満足しています。レール面は30㎜弱ですので装着できるライトは限られます。一度、売り切れると再入荷まで時間が掛かりますのでG26をカスタマイズさせたいとお考えの方は見つけた時のご購入をお勧めします。

マルイclockG26用に購入しました。以前に購入したガーダー製フレ－ムにはピッタリ取り付け出来ましたとても良い感じですね。

kscグロック26cには、かなり削らないと装着出来ませんので、ルーターで加工して装着しましたが、グラつきもなく、マイクロレーザーサイトを付けています。出来映えは、大満足です。

グロック26をアドバンスにせずにアンダーレイルが欲しい…という願望を叶えてくれたアイテムです。先端等に多少バリがあることと、スライドロックがどうしても隠れてしまって、たまに内部で知らず知らずのうちにロックが動いてしまうという点で星1つ減らしましたが、特に何も取りつけなくてもカッコ良さは増すし、小型のフラッシュライトやレーザーサイトとか取り付けれるのは大きな利点かと思います。
