This is my new favorite microwave item. I do almost everything in this3 hashbrown patties 5 min on each side for crispy1lb of hamburger, put into pieces by hands fully cooks in 6min no stirring at all, no cover as it doesn't splatter like it does on stove, but you can cover it. I also make grilled cheese, eggs, bacon, pizza singles and reheat pizza etcNothing sticks to this. I haven't had to use oil at all. Cleans flawlessly.I am buying one for each of my kids as I think it will make their hectic dinners less workThere's no recipe book for this so I just spent time, trial and error. If you start out slow you won't ruin anything. You can always add more time

It really does crisp stuff, the only thing is you have to heat the base for 2 minutes before you put the food in . But I would definitely recommend if that is all would have to heat stuff in.

I love this pan! I don’t know how this works, but it really does. I just used it to make me a piece of chicken from raw. I was skeptical and I hate dry chicken so I was thinking there is no way you can cook chicken in the microwave and it not be dry. I warmed the cooker for 3 minutes then added oil like the instructions say and added my piece of chicken and put it in for 2 minutes then flipped it and put it in for 2 more minutes and it was perfect. It also looked just like it would if I had fixed it in a skillet. My chicken was thin so that’s why I only went for 4 total minutes and I don’t like chicken overcooked because it gets dry and tough. It was nice and juicy. I put salt, pepper, and fajita seasoning on both sides before I cooked it. After I flipped the chicken I checked it after one minute by cutting into it. Then I added another minute.

I've had a pan like this in the past and loved it. I was happy when I found this similar pan. This pan works great but the handles got a little hot but nothing that using oven mitts or paper towels can't solve.This pan was easy to clean and it's non stick. It can be hand washed or placed in the dishwasher.

I was skeptical of this item, however, it's always nice to be pleasantly surprised. I first used it to heat up some chicken and it came out hot, moist on the inside and the skin was nice and crispy on the outside. It was so yummy and I was very happy. I just wish that it was a little bigger. The cleanup is fast and easy. It's so easy anyone can use it. I recommend this product.
