Great value for the price. I love the look it gives to my hair. It heats well and quickly and it is very easy to use.

I have always loved the look but don't like having wet hair in braids overnight to sleep in and wake up with waves ( I gotta shampoo/condition my hair). I do use heat protectant before using. It heats up fast (be careful with the barrel-Hot), easy to use (I count to 8-10 seconds for each section). Take med/small sections for better waves. Use a bit of hairspray and a little shine & smooth product and you're good to go.The cord is a good long length.Pros-Fab!Cons-noneOverall-HIGHLY Recommend!

I bought this (as a newbie to crimping) and it did not work on my medium length hair (just at shoulders) at all. I initiated a return then I let my daughter (long hair). After a lottle bit of practice (she mainly struggled with the hair at the top of her head ~ she is a Pro using this product and her hair looks STUNNING!!! I jacked her old (small) crimper and now we both have stunning hair styles! :) [photo of my daughter included]

Purchased a year ago and the spring is already broken off. It worked great while it lasted. It does get pretty warm on the clamp if on for a long period of time. For the price, it’s not bad apart from the cheap materials. Overall, disappointed it only lasted a year or less.

The handle and temperature on/off buttons are configured in a way that makes it hard to use without accidentally hitting them and changing the temperature or turning it off. There are no barriers on the sides, and it is easy to burn yourself. The wire stand/rest gets hot and burns the surface where you set it down. I bought this to replace an iron that stopped working after several years, but I won't be keeping it due to the issues.
