Awesome toy!
My 2 year old daughter saw this toy at a friend's place and didn't want to let go. She loved the popper. I got her cow and pig one and she enjoys playing with these. The balls are soft and light. They are large enough not to fit into her mouth, which is a great plus! When my daughter got sick and we were staying at home, this toy provided great entertainment. We were both playing with it.It is very easy to clean. Occasionally my daughter takes her popper into the bath and plays with it. So the popper works as a bath toy too. :-) Though I never allow her to take the balls into the bathtub.

They look a little silly, but they are fun!
For the price, these were great little stocking stuffers. They actually shoot the balls with a fair bit of force, are well made, cute as anything and just a lot of fun -- even my teenage daughter enjoyed hers. It's one piece construction so nothing to break... balls are a little small and easy to use so you might want to buy extras. Overall a great gift.

Automatic smiles for all ages and a sure way to have some safe fun!
Our 2 year old daughter loves this toy, even though it's difficult for her to squeeze, she throughly enjoys it. We gave this as a gift to a 3 year old family friend and everyone wanted a turn at popping the cow. You can increase or decrease the velocity of the projectile soft nerf ball by how far it's place in the cow's mouth in conjunction with, how fast you compress it's belly. Be sure to keep track of the balls. They tend to get lost easily. We wrote #1-5 on them...so far we have yet to lose any (knocking on wood). Enjoy! Hope this review helps in keeping all your balls together.

Where are the balls?
I am 69. My granddaughter Katie is now 5. Sam & Emma are 18 months. We all love this toy except for one thing--we keep losing the balls. It comes with 6 balls. We lost one the very first day. The cow spits the balls very far but we wish we had a completely empty room for shooting. The balls are about the size of an old-fashioned jawbreaker and they disappear under the refrigerator, between the cushions of the couch, any little crevice. The babies should not really play with these as the balls are too small, but we keep an eye on them. We just can't keep an eye on the balls. Still, this is fun and could be a good inexpensive birthday gift for all ages!

These are fantastic toys for kids of all ages
These are fantastic toys for kids of all ages. My kids are 4 to 11. We bought these last Christmas and unlike most toys they are still being played with almost every day. They are a great way for kids of different ages to play with each other. My youngest was three when we bought them and had a little bit of a hard time putting the ball in and squeezing hard enough, but now she has no problems. Best of all no one has ever gotten hurt with them so they are a safe, family friendly toy.
