Baby Comfy Nose Nasal Aspirator Replacement Parts - Crystal

I have to admit i was skeptical with this aspirator. It is a must to have for sick kids with stuffed nasal passages. I didn't give it a 5 star due to the piece were the hose is fitted to the mouth piece and container. The plastic piece that connects to the hose are very narrow which gives little suction, if they could make it just the double of that size I believe it would work wonders. It still does the job but with effort. Its like sucking through a thin straw. If they would make the hose about the size width of a slurpy straw it would be easier on the individual to suck out those nasty boogies.

This does NOT have back flow prevention!!!! There were no instructions on how to assemble even though i thought it was self-explanatory. There was no box to store it in. Horrible product. Will be returned!!

The only down side is that if there is a lot of mucus, some ends up in the suction tube like my husband and I discovered last night. But it sure beats putting your mouth over their nose and sucking it out that way!!

We started out with the ever so popular Nose Frida. Over time, the suction power on that one just got weaker so it became an even bigger struggle trying to use it on our very wriggly baby. I was on the search for a replacement nasal aspirator and came across this one. I liked the fact you can just use tissue in the filter compartment and it was a great price, especially with the extra parts it came with. The suction worked great on our little guy's stuffed nose. The various parts were easy to wash as well.

Don't be scared of this product. It's a fantastic design. I have twin girls who started daycare at 4 months and had cold after cold after cold. We used a blue bulb syringe at first and it was hard to get a seal without jamming it into their noses. They screamed and cried and I still didn't feel like I had gotten much out. This tip is soft and gentle on the nose and creates a seal without actually entering the nostril. I can create a significant amount of suction and extract much more snot. Used with some nasal saline, this is a miracle product. I keep one upstairs and down, clean regularly and use a small piece of tissue in it. It is also easily packed in the diaper bag for on the go trips. I don't think my girls will ever let me touch their noses when they're older, but for now, sucking out boogies is a regular activity in our house.

I bought this as a baby shower gift because I use it on my daughter & i love it. You are able to see exactly what comes out, its easy to clean & it doesn't get as dirty as the bulbs.Such a savior during her first cold.

Very nice contraption but I need a third arm to use it. 😑

After a bout a year the nose insert piece got too icky (even though I cleaned it after every use) so I was glad to be able to just buy a lil replacement kit and not a whole new thing. Works like a charm, and so nice to just use tissues as the filter and not be buying silly filters all the time.
