Almost perfect yet....
So overall Vulcan is a pretty good action figure. looks good mostly, and seems solid and durable. I have to ask though what was Hasbro thinking with how they articulated the neck of this figure? It is the worst and I have to say it does impact the rating, playability, and overall look and feel of the figure!

If you are a customizer, this is the figure for you.
Honestly, I'm an old school comic book guy, so the character means nothing to me. But Vulcan comes as close to a generic sculpt as you are going to get and is perfect for customizing. The MSRP is ridiculous, but if you can grab it on sale like I did ($8), go for it.
