CM2 Adjustable Wall Ceiling Tilting TV Mount Fits most 32-65" LCD LED Plasma Monitor Flat Panel Screen Display

So I haven't got this hung yet, but already wanted to leave a little feedback for those like me who might doubt a $50 ceiling mounted tv mount. So far so good. Very happy here! The product is rock solid sturdy. As expected after reading other reviews before I bought this, I planned on some modifications. This is going to be mounted on our covered deck, but will not be able to be up all the time, due to weather. I wanted a quick disconnect system, so the empty mount isn't hanging off the deck ceiling when the tv is put up in the garage. I drilled out the holes in the top bracket to 3/8", and am using 2 cotterless hitch pins to hang the vertical arm and tv bracket. When the tv is put away, the only thing left outside is the 3" x 6" bracket lag bolted to the ceiling. Also the bracket is poorly designed in the fact that with any wind, the tv would spin as there was no lock to keep the arm from rotating in the bracket. To fix this, I drilled a 1/4" hole in top corner and used a bolt with a washer to pinch the lip of the spinning pole tight so it now requires some force to rotate the tv. I will add more review later, but as of now, with about 20 minutes of modification, I have exactly what I was looking for!!

I couldn't be happier with this tv ceiling mount.I needed a tv mount solution that did not touch the wall, as I have a stone faced fireplace, and I didn't want to disturb the stone.I was concerned about how I would neatly hang it centered in the room (as the ceiling joists are not centered), and found a retrofit ceiling fan brace worked well with minimal modification on my part.The Loctek mount easily swivels, and allows for adjustment of its angle to meet your viewing distance. The instructions were clear, and it's construction is top notch.

After being told it would cost over 800.00 dollars for Best Buy to install a mount and labor I dug a little further to find another avenue. Well, found this mount! No issue mounting with stud finder. Still holding strong and no thousand dollar bill!!

works as described, even better than I thought. I bought it to hang off my covered patio in the mountains at our summer home. It was very easy to put together, however the directions are basic and harder to follow. After putting it together, I decided to hang it in a diff area (on a cross beam rather than a truss), and it was very easy to adjust this to fit. Seems VERY stable. Included everything needed to mount.I would highly recommend, but like I said, I found the directions a bit lacking. If you are at all handy, you can install this by yourself in 20 minutes

Sturdy mount with plenty of range to utilize in a variety of situations. I wish it came with a shroud that finished off the mounting plate at the ceiling, but at this price I’m pleased it works so well. Heck if you needed it shorter a hacksaw and a drill is all you’d need. I used it on my new Samsung 65” UHD TV. I needed to purchase longer screws to mount the TV to the bracket, but that isn’t too surprising.

Installed a new 55" UHD TV, using this mounting system. Found it practical, easy to assemble, & really liked the mounting template that was included. The mechanism was tightly secured to a ceiling joist, but after the job was completed, the connecting pieces didn't feel ridgedly secured. That "play in the system" was my only issue.

Worked excellently for my LG 43" 4k TV. 200 x 200 visa worked out perfectly. Very heavy duty hardware. I will have no problem with my TV falling. Easy to mount TV onto the Loctek. Great swivel feature so the set can be turned completely around, as far as your cables/wires will allow. Highly recommend this unit. Thank you Loctek!!!
