I’ve enjoyed every product from Innosups and these are no exception. I love that I can get Postbiotics in addition to the probiotics, and all of that goes along with the prebiotics and digestive enzymes in their other gut products.

It works, took a few weeks to feel it. But my stomach feels a lot less bloated now

I actually am using Inno -product for quiet some time now and a living testimony - this product works. Less expensive than some other Probiotics I tried and super effective.

These are capsules that are relatively easy to swallow with water, but you do have to take 3 capsules per serving and they are fairly large.My greatest challenge with this kind of supplement is discerning any noticeable difference after taking it. I took it for 30 days and I honestly cannot say that I felt any better or worse prior to taking it. That does not mean that it was beneficial to my health; I was just unable to notice any positive or negative differences. It may be that my gut health improved, but it's how to monitor improvements. But this is a vegan friendly if you are looking for a vegan option.
